History

Established in 1980.

Big A Auto Sales & Service was established in the mid 1980’s and was aquired locally in 2006. Since then we have expanded our employees and also added another division to our business. We now buy and sell pre-​owned vehicles and with the convenience of our service center, every vehicle is fully serviced before hitting the lot.

Business Owner

Big A Auto Sales & Service is locally owned and operated by Dan Reavis. He has over 25 years in the automotive repair business. He started his career earning his BA degree in business while turning wrenches. He worked as manager for Big A Auto with the previous owner for several years before taking ownership in 2006. He’s helped build the great customer service image that Big A Auto upholds today. He takes great pride in building a staff who works hard to uphold this same image. He currently lives in Dubuque with his wife and three children.
