HOWTOORDER: (1) find the brown bag with your choice of protein (2) use given markers to mark what toppings you would like on your sub, sandwich, or salad. *NOTE: there are kid bags with more kid friendly options as well (3) take your bag to the cashier and pay (4) wait for your food to be made and name to be called «WICHES»(there are signature subs listed under each type of meat or you can op to create your own) The Wicked(a signature sub) Bag 1: Turkey Bag 2: Ham & Pork Bag 3: Beef Bag 4: Chicken Bag 5: Seafood Bag 6: Vegetarian Bag 7: Italian Bag 8: Superfood Wich Bag 9: Classics Bag 10: Breakfast KIDSWICH Options to create your meal: (1) white or wheat bread (2) Bowlwich (3) Lettucewich *SKINNYMYWICH(they will scoop out the middle of your bread) –The following are the toppings you have to choose from: Cheeses American Swiss Blue Pepper Jack Mozzarella Cheddar Provolone Parmesan Spreads + Sauces BBQ Buffalo Pesto Hot Pepper Mix Hummus Olive Salad Mustards Regular Dijon Honey Deli Mayos Regular Spicy Light Dressings Ranch Honey Mustard Spicy Ranch Balsamic Vinaigrette Onions Caramelized Crispy Strings Red Veggies Lettuce Spinach Tomatoes Cucumbers Mushrooms Bell Peppers Black Olives Pickles Banana Peppers Jalapeños Oils + Spices Oil Vinegar Oregano Garlic Salt Pepper Crushed Red Pepper Extras Add a little something extra, for a small additional charge. Bacon Sliced Egg Avocado Double Meat Double Cheese –All in all, the concept is great, the food is fresh, and the portion size is generous. I ordered a medium size French Dip sub with a side of Au Jus. I ate at 1:15 and was full the remainder of the day. The sub was $ 8 and change but it was well worth it. I did not order a drink so I’m unsure how much they cost. Only grip I have is the pricing for each menu item is not located on the brown bags you order off of. I believe they have them listed on the boards by the cashier. That’s a bit inconvenient. I ended up ordering and being surprised at what the price came up to be.(price was not bad though) Salads are $ 6.50 but judging off the salads I saw others eating, a sub or one of the other options would be more filling and tasty. *I’m somewhat of a picky eater and I was 100% satisfied with what I ordered. If you have never been her I definitely recommend you make the trip. *Better than Subway? Yes. *Better than Penn Station? Yes *Better than Fire House? Ummmm that’s like choosing who’s better between your mom and your grandma, you love them the same but for different reasons lol

I read the reviews, and checked into the ordering process, and was still overwhelmed and confused by the overly complicated mess that is the«bag» system. Prices are hard to find on the menu board, not all options are listed, and no clear instruction is given. So, you narrow down your choice to what type of sandwich(what protein, basically) and grab a bag. There you have the options listed for that category. Of course, even one person in line holds that process up, and I can only guess how bad it is if it’s busy. Seriously– a catchy name and a complicated ordering process are the gimmicks you’re building a restaurant around? Go back to the drawing board. I decided to go with their strengths, with their«signature sandwich,» the«Wicked.» Lots of meat, your choice of three cheeses, veggies, sauces… I got a small, which was plenty since I wasn’t starving. I can’t say much about the bread because the Wicked has so much stuff crammed in that they scooped out the dough; the crust was crisp(I had it toasted) and mostly contained the innards, with some escapees. The meats were meh. The cheeses were unidentifiable. The veggies were fresh, but cheap– crappy iceberg, okay tomatoes, etc. I had spicy mayo and noticed a very slight tang from that. Maybe I should have tried something simpler, see if they shine with a basic Italian sub. They had several other sandwiches that sound interesting; the«surf and turf,» with crab and roast beef, is something I’ve never seen before. Maybe a poor man’s steak Oscar? The food was average. Prices are reasonable. Service was okay. The place was clean. Oddly, there are no trash cans in the back of the store, so you have to carry everything the length of it(I know, first world problems, but still…) It was a pain to order, and the food wasn’t anything special, so I doubt I’ll be back.

5 stars to any place where I can order a complicated sandwich without having to talk to a person. The food was pretty good too. Seriously though I like weird sandwiches and don’t like to yell across the counter to a worker so this novel concept really works for me. If you don’t know how it works, you get a paper bag based on your meat selection, and then add toppings by checking boxes willy nilly. I found it to be a lot of fun, if not overwhelming. You could really experiment here without a lot of effort. Sandwich Chipotle? Not quite, but the comparison is there. I got a cuban sandwich with some oddball toppings like sauerkraut and feta. All the toppings I ordered were there and accounted for. Meat was good, bread was good, chips were good. I like the plastic yellow drink cups too. All around good experience at Which Wich.

In my old ‘hood for a visit and it finally got me to give this Sammich chain a try. I was already aware from others reviews and their website on the ordering process and really liked how it was all laid out. The various choices of meats, cheeses, veggies, sauces and more make this a fun choice to build some very tasty combinations. I dropped off my order bag at the counter and paid up, scored my favourite Gold Peak Green iced tea from their self-service drink counter and found a nice table to setup my Wi-Fi while I awaited my order. It wasn’t too busy so I didn’t have to wait long for my name to be called and grabbed my sammich to head back and unwrap it’s glory like a lunchtime present. I ordered their French Dip, a bountiful serving of roast beef on a beautifully crusty roll with that perfect toast being crunchy not tooth-shattering. My choices of Swiss cheese and their horseradish mayo took me down to Flavortown with a cup of Au Jus to complete the Dip. For a first visit I was impressed with this chains offerings, while pricier than their competitors I found the quality of the food worth the extra cost. The folks working the counter and keeping the dining area clean were friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. I’ll be keeping this place on my short list when it comes to a fun, fast meal option…

First timer here, and I didn’t realize how much work I was going to have to do just give them my sandwich order. They’ve got so many sandwiches and then on top of that I have to pick a million toppings and write them down on the sandwich bags. All right. Maybe I’m exaggerating a bit, but I’d rather just point at the ingredients I want. I went big for my first time and went with The 10″ Wicked. That’s huge frickin’ sub, man. With all the toppings I put on it plus the 5 meats and 3 cheese, I don’t even think I could finish the smallest size of that bad boy. It was tasty though, and it made me wish I had one of these places closer to me, like within the 270 loop. The ingredients were all super fresh, the bread was delicious, and I highly recommend getting the hot pepper mix. I don’t think I’d get this sandwich next time, because I don’t need that much food, and there’s just so many different options. I’d heard a few people talk about the banh mi sandwiches, but it wasn’t on the menu, so I’m not sure if that’s one of the specials or what, but I was a little disappointed. Otherwise, there’s so many different sandwiches here, it would take me months to try them all, and I’m okay with that. Unfortunately, I don’t get this far up very often, so I’ll just have to cross my fingers that they bring one to downtown or campus!

I admit that I must have lost my ‘hipness’ if I ever had it, but Which Wich didn’t do it for me. The bag system is, at best, a gimmick and an awkward one. I don’t see how it makes the process better unless you get a customer to come back again after they learn what you want from them. And having an unexplained process at the beginning lessens that potentiality. Family came in and ordered three sandwiches. What we ordered is immaterial since all three had the same charteristics that left me asking myself ‘Which place will I eat at next time?’. Bread was best part of sandwiches, had a nice bite to it, but all three had been crushed by the person wrapping them. A personal pet peeve of mine at a sandwich place. The sandwich fillings were meager at best and of average quality. Less than half the bites of my sandwich had enough filling to be tasted. The BLT we got had so little bacon on it that I had to open it up to see if it actually had any. So I was eating an $ 8 piece of crushed bread. Prices for what you get are high. There is no way I would go here again if there was a Jimmy John’s or Dibella’s available. If the choice were between WW and Subway? I would get Chinese. Had a chocolate malt with my lunch. It was very good. I would give it a 4 on Unilocal scale. But I didn’t go there for a shake, I went for a sandwich. And I just thought there were countless better alternatives once I had tried it. Staff was nice and place was clean. But so is the library.

My husband and I came here for dinner tonight and were kindly approached by the staff realizing we were new to this place and helping us understand the whole ordering system. First you decide what kind of meat/vegetarian option you want. From there you will pick the corresponding paper bag to which you are interested in getting. Once you have gotten the paper bag, you will have an option which kind of sandwich you want for instance for Italian you have meatball or pizza sub. You then choose the bread you want then the size from there you have an option on what toppings you want to add. My husband loved this idea because he’s big into adding eggs to his sub and he could get that here with the breakfast sandwich. To him the whole process of picking what you want was a clever idea. Plus you can’t beat the price for the small sub we it was $ 5 each. I liked my meatball grinder and my husband just suggested that maybe they use fresher eggs on his ham sandwich but otherwise it was good. I am definitely coming back here soon! It’s also conveniently located by me so that’s another perk!

Great options(including vegeterian and breadless), clean space, friendly staff, fast service and good prices. Try their R&D specials for something new and surprisingly delicious. Looking for something sweet instead? Go for their amazing milkshakes.

We liked Which Wich so much, we went 2xs in 2 days! The sandwich bag paper order form is fun and kid friendly. My son who doesn’t like a typical deli sandwich asked to go back the next day. My daughter had a breakfast sandwich from the adult menu, my son, PB&J from the kids menu and I had a lettuce wrap.(I’d suggest the salad over the wrap cuz it was way too much lettuce and it fell apart.) If you feel like it’s too much bread ask for it «skinny» where they take out some bread or get double meat. The ordering process on the bag is so easy, if there’s something wrong w/it, it may be my own fault for ordering it that way. Tell them it’s ur 1st time and you get a reusable cup. Bring it back for a discounted refill! I really liked this restaurant and can’t wait to take my husband.

My rating mainly revolves around their Oreo Milkshake. AMAZING is all I can say. The sandwiches are fine, and the cookie ice cream sandwich was a bit messy/a tad too crunchy for my taste, BUTTHESHAKEREDEEMEDEVERYTHING. Also on the the plus side, being able to fill out what you want on the ordering sheet makes it easy on everyone. Especially if you are a particular sort.

I was really excited a Which Which opened up in Columbus! I went to one in Atlanta and thought it was awesome! I loved the paper bag system and my shrimp po boy was so good! I was actually thinking at the time that Columbus should open one up. Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive feelings about this location. They didn’t have the shrimp po boy, which was very disappointing. And the sandwich I got wasn’t good at all… mostly bread ugh. I’m pretty sure I could’ve made a better sandwich at home. I doubt I’ll be coming back here again when there are much better options for sandwiches elsewhere.

This place has the most efficient ordering system out there. They have a paper bag system where you can pick each individual topping every time. I am one of the people that doesn’t like a lot of toppings on my sandwiches, so I get meat and cheese only. At other I places, I have to say«just meat and cheese» or «no onions, green peppers, etc.» and a lot of the time they mess up the order and I either pick if off or look like an irate customer by sending back. At this place I’ve never had that problem. It’s also nice because if a group of kids go in before you at most restaurants you have to wait 5 minutes for them to order, but here you don’t have that problem because they spend their time on the paper bags then you hand it to the cashiers. When it comes to the food quality, it is incredibly high for the price. The sandwiches taste better than Subway, Jimmy Johns, Quiznos, Grinders, and about the same as McAlister’s. The only sandwiches that beat in my mind are Domino’s; just those are very greasy while Which which sandwiches aren’t. It’s also nice that you don’t get penalized if you order a smaller sandwich. I know that a 14″ sandwich costs $ 11 and a 7″ costs $ 5.50 so if you want two different sandwiches they don’t charge you extra. At most other places they do, and I like that.

The two little ladies I was babysitting really wanted me to take them here, as they eat here fairly regularly with their family. I figured what the heck, at least I can get something healthier than pizza. First, I will say, I like the paper bag ordering system. I’m sure there are situations where some would not like this, but I think it streamlines the process. If someone arrives before you, and they’re not sure what they want, no need to wait while they decide– just fill out your bag and move on up. The girls each ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, and for kids this also comes with a drink(milk, chocolate milk, juice, or soda) for about $ 5. This is the lamest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever seen. Looked about the size of a folded slice of bread and a slice of American cheese. Rip off. I had a turkey lettuce wrap. I did like the selection of toppings and the fact they had honey mustard. This saved them from being one star. I’d rather go to Subway. And that’s saying something…

Wow, this place is awful. First of all, while I was waiting for my sandwiches, two different customers seemed to have had their orders misplaced — one had been waiting for 15 minutes, and one had finally given up and left. I ordered a BLT and a crab salad sandwich. Despite the very clear, unambiguous«write your order on the paper bag» method, they managed to forget to put the lettuce on my crab salad. The amount of toppings was embarrassingly stingy. My BLT did not have any actual bacon strips, but instead CRUMBLES of bacon. Yes, i had a bacon-bits, lettuce and tomato sandwich. Then a couple of tiny tomato slices and a sprinkle of lettuce. The crab salad wasn’t much better. It tasted of nothing so much as mayo. Basically, I paid ten bucks for two hunks of bread with a smattering of filling. I also tried the house chips, which were so greasy that the bag they were in was totally coated with grease on the inside. Super unappetizing. Not recommended.

I have been wanting to Which Wich? since they opened. I finally took an opportunity to do so. I was glad I did. Which Wich? has a good amount of sanwich choices and the process for ordering is easy, grab a bag, a sharpie, and start marking your what you want. The restaurant’s atmosphere is industrial, exposed rafters and cement slab floor. The décor is limited to white walls with a few circle decorations that fit their style. The tables and chairs are simple, too. It implies that the prices are reasonable. I guess that means $ 18 for two sanwiches and two drinks is a reasonable price. Overall, I thought it was a good setup. Most important part, the food was good. My wife and I ordered a beef cheesesteak and a bbq pork. Both we delicious. I recommend the bbq pork though. The beef cheesesteak comes with meat and caramelized onions. The bbq pork had crispy onions and jalapeños. Sadly, it is an R&D item which means it is a «limited time only» choice.

No matter where they build these they’re always too far away from me. The first one was way out west, this one was way up north. The premise is simple enough. Just give your customer enough choices and he’ll/she’ll do the rest. Tonight I had an «Italian» on white, toasted, with cheddar, hot peppers, hummus, honey mustard, carmalized onions, and some other stuff. And damn! That was a great sandwich!

This place makes Chipotle seem cheap for fast made to order food. I’ve been here a couple times so far and last time I got the #8 which is the R&D sandwich, changes all the time, even daily. That day they had slow smoked pulled pork sandwiches on hawaiian bun rolls. It was pretty tasty. I chose to make my own instead of choosing one of the two normal options. I got slaw, crispy onions, pickles, hot peppers and bbq sauce. It was so messy I had to leave it wrapped to eat it and then eat what fell out with a fork. Cost me $ 8.04 without a drink which was kinda pricy, but I’ve paid $ 6 – 7 for a pulled pork sandwich at fairs and events that weren’t half as good. The order station needs to be about twice as big, maybe on two walls. For most hours I’m sure it’s fine, but during lunch hour when a bunch of people come in and don’t know what they are doing they tend to hold up the line while the cooks aren’t busy, making everything take longer than necessary as they make food to order in the order it was ordered. It would also be nice if they put out some paper towels other than at the register and by one trash can near the entrance. Facility is fairly clean and has lots of bolted down tables that aren’t going anywhere.

This place just opened near me, so gave it a shot. Well worth it. I frequent many other sandwich places, and this place is one of the top 3. The food is made fresh and there are plenty of options for each sandwich, which I like. I had the R&D pastrami and was no disappointed. They also have online ordering to make the process a bit speedier if you are in a bit of a hurry. Will definitely go back
