Fun atmosphere with a Wendy’s «museum» inside. Always great food and service! This is the only Wendy’s or fast food for that matter that I wild consider eating inside at due to the increases level of service.

How do people think they deserve $ 15/hr when they can’t even get an order right??? Missing one of our party’s nuggets entirely. Then another’s salad ordered without tomato as it’s an allergy, SHOCKER, sliced up tomatoes all over it, making it totally inedible! For being their flag ship, their pride & joy, they get a big fail!

A nicer than average Wendy’s as it’s their flagship location by the corporate HQ. We made a point of stopping there to see the life-size bronze Dave Thomas outside the entrance. The statue is incredibly detailed right down to the Wendy’s logos on his drink cup and food bag. You can pose for pictures with it. Inside the restaurant is new-looking, clean and snazzy. There is a nifty map on the wall showing the distance to all the Wendy’s locations in the world, sort of like an airport map. The staff were attentive — I would note that the restaurant was very un-busy when we happened by. There was also a TV in the section in which we sat which is something you do not get in every fast food joint so we were able to see some true crime program while we ate. A quick Baconator, restroom and back on the road. Thanks Dave!

This Wendy’s never seems to fail on quick service. My only problem however, they always either forgot something with my order OR mess something up. I do not think they ever get my drink order right, and to top it off– the one afternoon I was in the drive thru, I was handed a drink by a guy who said«here is your water» I simply asked if it was the sparkling water because that was what I had ordered and I they never get it right at this location. He told me that he wasn’t sure and that he would get me a new one to assure it was correct, then some lady comes over and yells at him and says to always just say«yes» wether it is right or not because he is holding up the line. I’m not sure if she knew the window was still open or if she just did not care. Needless to say, I finally received my correct drink because of this man– but the woman who yelled at him because he was doing the right thing– once again ruined my good experience here.

This is their flagship store and they have rebuilt the restaurant from the ground up. From the outside it looks really nice, and at first glance it looks nice on the inside as well, very clean. The food here is your normal Wendy’s fare, nothing above and beyond even considering their headquarters is right across the street. They have those new 100 flavor Coke machines, which I suppose some people love, but I can’t stand them. I just want regular flavored Coke, but with those machines the Coke tastes different, and not in a good way. I end up having to get a flavored coke(like cherry or vanilla) just to make it palatable, even though I would prefer just a regular Coke. My main problem with this new design is that there is no where inside that I can sit and feel comfortable. Anywhere you sit in the dinning room they have televisions, you can not avoid them. Seriously, maybe the old folk like to always be watching tv but my generation doesn’t like tv as background noise, just play music or something. You can’t escape them. The museum on site is nice(but again there is a tv right in the middle of the room).

Good quiet Place To Work On College homework! Electrical Power strip for miles for charging. An Epic Wendy’s that you can dine-in without the encounters of disturbing people coming up to your table while your eating!

Several times over the last couple months I have tried this Wendy’s I really like the frostys but as of late this place can not seem to get an order right last three times missing items wrong order and no spoons and to boot a loaded plain potato… Get it… For being a flagship store it leaves a lot to be desired

This is Wendy’s flagship restaurant, it honors Wendy’s founder Dave Thomas. There is also a small museum area that details the history of Wendy’s. This store is really a beautiful place it is modern and attractively decorated. There is even a beautiful patio area with a statue of Dave Thomas. The food here was served hot and fresh. The service was fast and efficient, and the team members were friendly and engaging. It should be noted couple of the other reviews of this store were written before the new store even opened.

This is my second time through their painfully slow drive through. Clearly not fast food.

Not sure what the idea is for this new Wendy’s Restaurant. The bathroom fixtures seem to be having some motion-sensing issues. I’m wondering of the cashier who took my order has ADD. I only ordered two Frosties and a medium fries. The one Frosty was chocolate and the other vanilla. She put both down as chocolate. It’s not as if this was a complicated order. It’s the small things that are so telling.

Five star for a fast food place. I don’t consider Wendy’s fast door tho. It really is better. Their salads and spicy chicken never disappoints

Really, Wendys? I know this is a fast food place, but the service here last night was atrocious. I never eat fast food apart from the occasional late night snack wrap from mcdonalds. But unfortunately I was in a hurry, it was raining, I hadn’t eaten in 7 hours, and didn’t know where else to turn for something quick to hold me over while driving. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. One ahead of me, then me. Upon driving out, I looked inside and there were not more than 4 people eating inside. This equals NOT busy. Yet the people acted like they had flaming hot pokers stuck under their asses to try and get me in and out in 15 seconds flat. Not knowing exactly what was on said Wendy’s deluxe burger(2 patty’s? bacon? I hate bacon), I asked them… my response: «it has everything». Oooookkk… Me: «what does that mean?» Idiot Lady: «it’s a junior patty, so it’s smaller.» Me: **thinking ok, at least we’re getting semi descriptive here** Idiot Lady: «. with everything on it». Me: «…I’ll just have a sour cream and chive baked potato and. — « Rude interruption from Idiot Lady: «ISTHATALL» Me: «…and an order of spicy chicken nuggets». I drive up to the window. There’s a woman and a man in the window, neither of them even acknowledge me apart from opening the window for me to pay them. I said«hello» once they opened the window, but they just hand me my bag of food and change and shut the window without one word! I was so pissed off I yelled«SWEET, YOUGUYSHAVE A GOODDAYTOO». Once I started driving away, I noticed the total of 4 people eating inside and no more cars in the drive thru behind me. WTF? I then opened my bag to see I was given the wrong receipt, but luckily upon further investigation not the wrong food — too bad the chicken nuggets were so rock hard and disgusting I didn’t even finish them. I know it’s fast food and it’s Wendy’s, but come on. I should have just pushed through the pain of hunger and saved myself for something a little more decent later on. You should too if ever in this predicament.
