History

Established in 1993.

The Case Bowen Company was founded in 1993 when Bob Bowen and Jim Case put their two companies together. Bob has devoted his career to the practice of real estate. Jim is currently one of nine committee members throughout the state of Ohio for the CAI Ohio Legislative Action Committee.

The Case Bowen Company’s condominium/​homeowners division began in 1993 with two property managers, one administrative assistant and one accounting person. Currently, we have eight property managers, and ten accounting and administrative personnel. We manage approximately 5000 condominium units and over 300,000 square feet of office and retail properties.

We are very proud of our staff; most employees have been with us for more than five years. Many are licensed Real Estate agents in the state of Ohio as well as holding many professional designations from the industry itself. We attribute this achievement to having excellent leadership, organization, and compassion in all areas of the company.

Business Owner

Bob has devoted his career to the practice of real estate since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University with a major in Real Estate. Bob is past president of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Community Associations Institute. (CAI), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors® (CCIIR).

In 1989 Bob founded Bowen & Company, Inc., and as President of his own company, Bob flourished and became one of the top leasing and brokerage agents in Columbus. Bob has been personally involved in leasing over two million square feet of both office and retail space. Bob is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, and a graduate of the Realtors Institute.

Bob and Jim share equally in the day-​to-​day operations of The Case Bowen Company. Bob’s primary focus is with the brokerage and leasing area of the company.
