So I called ahead to make an appointment for my friend and I to get our nails done.
We arrived and my friend got her pedicure. The point was to get our nails done together. and the fact that I called ahead upsets me (they did not attend to me the whole time) I sat there for an hour waiting and by the time my friends pedicure was done THEN they wanted to do my manicure… I told them no thanks.
What a waste of my time! UUUGH

I had a great experience — there was an amazing amount of colors to choose from, they offer you a beverage and snack, and the manicure ends with an upper back/​neck massage. The only issue I had was my shellac manicure chipping after a week.

I was asked by the new owner to update my review so I am. I still love this place and I love my girl Lien! Besides the fact that she is beautiful and calls me a model, she is very thorough and attentive to detail when working on my pedicure/​manicure. I have been going to the place almost every week since I moved to this area around last April and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. The new owner Tony is very nice and has done some great things to help improve customer satisfaction as well as comfort. There is another woman name Tu that I like who has done my pedicure and she is really great at facial waxing. The place is large than average sized and they offer free wifi. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing place to get there hands and feet pretty and smooth

Felt compelled to write a new review since it is now under new management. Still love this place! They have redecorated and repainted it and have now added even more nail polishes if that’s even possible. And as a bonus, my favorite girl Lean continues to work there. I have had Tony and another girl as my nail technicians as well though, and both were great. I have moved to another city and had tried three different salons but just have to keep coming back! They are all so friendly, the salon is clean, they do great work and best of all, they don’t ever try to rush you! Give them a try. And call beforehand if you don’t want to wait too long.

Great nail salon! Very relaxing. I am very particular about my nails as well as having a very relaxing setting when I am getting my nails done. They play soft music. Go see them. New owners.

This is a really great nail salon that is tucked away in the little plaza next to Royal novelties. So far all of my experiences have been good.
I usually come in to get a mani and pedi, it costs $ 35. They do incredible massages here and use hot rocks as well as scrub and warm lotion.
Last time I came in they told me that they were going to have reopening with new owners on 02÷15÷16. I’ll be back to check it out and see if the consistently good service persists.
The only thing is that they should really consider having their gel samples in a more organized fashion so that it is easier to find your color. You have to go through a whole box of fingernails on a chain in order to find your color and they aren’t separated by color scheme so it’s hard when your looking for a specific color.

My first experience was great! I found this place via the coupon offered in my ValuPak. I had shellac and pedicure. Cindy did a great job shaping my toes and LeAnn did my shellac. A little hard to find salon as they are on the back side. I look forward to next time. Salon is very clean and staff very nice.

I got a full set here and they look great! It’s me and my mom’s first time here and they were very kind and had great customer service. Kenny was my manicurist and he did a wonderful job with my nails. The only reason I don’t give this place a full 5 stars is because my mom had asked for no gel and they gave her a gel manicure. But it still looked great!

Totally mixed feelings about this salon. I have been here 5+ times for manicures, shellac, and pedicures; I kept coming back because the salon was rarely busy (read: relaxing experience as a customer), and because the prices were fair, and the services were good. That was until my last experience. On that note, the owner is great, and if she was here my experience probably wouldn’t have gone down the same. This is the spot to stop reading if you don’t want to hear my rant, here it goes:
The two previous gel manicures I received at Synergy I chose the same color. Loved it. Loved it to the point that at my third visit, I wanted the same color. I tell them the number, and multiple times this woman shows me a completely different number. I talk to someone else about the color «we redid all of our numbering so we don’t have that color». .. weird because I was in 2 weeks ago, and if you did renumber, so be it, but you would still have the color, it would just be a different number. So back to the drawing board and I choose a new color off their sample swatches (remember they just redid them). She starts painting my nails and the color is NOTHING like the nail swatch, yet the numbers match up (the color I think I am getting is beige-​ish, the color on my nails is light pink). I make a note of pointing this out, but also am over it at this point, so I let her finish this color. Pay and leave, thinking I won’t be back. 3 days later, 3 of my nails have broken and one is chipped, which is bull, so I go in to have them fixed. Why did I think they would just re-​do the entire manicure since almost ¹⁄₃ of the nails were botched after 3 days? So half of the staff looks at my nails, and then, out of the back, pops the woman with the bad attitude who did my nails. New day, same attitude. So she asks me what number my color is. .. I have no idea, and to top it off, she can’t match my nail to a swatch because from the get go, my color was not the same color as the swatch. Literally after pulling 5 colors out with no sense of urgency, and waiting 15 minutes, she just looks at me with this blank stare and shrugs her shoulders. How about you redo my entire gel manicure job? Problem solved. Ultimately, I walked out without fixed nails.
I regret that I referred friends and family members to receive services at this salon. If you come here and find someone you like, make sure to get their name and ask for them every time.

Eh. First time there over the weekend. Just wanted a simple mani/​pedi. I came with a friend and while our pedis were eh (you can still see my old color under my new color & my nails are uneven) I’m more annoyed at my mani. My nails are short but I get them done so that I don’t chew on them. I didn’t expect perfection because my nails look like an 8 yr old chews them but please make sure that my polish is even. Don’t miss the sides of them & leave them obviously polish naked. Please clean off the polish you left around my nails on my skin. It’s not hard. The man there in charge kept stopping my friends mani to take $ from customers or talk to customers. It was constant. He kept yelling at her to stop moving, he wasn’t very friendly. When paying I left a tip (better than I should have) & he looked insulted. They kept having customers come in asking for services and they even lost 2 customers with appointments because they were overbooked with appointments and walk ins. So I’m not sure if they were just rushing to get us out but he kept waiting & giving us looks for us to leave their mini fan. (They still use those?!?) We won’t be back and I’m sorry I strayed away from my usual salon.

I was unimpressed by this place. I paid a whopping $ 55 for a gel mani and French tip pedi and I don’t think I’ve ever paid that much at a nail salon before. At my two regular places a gel mani and pedi have never cost more than $ 45. It just would have been nice if prices were visibly posted. Not to mention that they cut and irritated my cuticles and then proceeded to spray alcohol on them, leaving them red and inflamed. I don’t really have sensitive skin or nails and I’ve never been in so much pain getting my nails done. The mani and pedi both turned out looking good and the massage was nice as well, I just wish my tech could’ve been more gentile on my hands.

I always come into this nail salon. It’s my go to spot. Their prices are reasonable especially for this area. I would highly recommend the mani and pedi package, the massages are to die for. The best massage I have had in my life. I have got gel done here before and it lasted a long time, my pedicures always last a long time also. They use great products and the shop is always clean with new nail colors. They also offer facials, waxing and eyelash extensions. Never have tried it, but I’m sure it’s great just like the other services!

The daughter has been coming to this nail salon with a fried of hers for a few months now, and I have been impressed by her nails enough to venture out to try it myself.
I called and they were able to take me on a windy Thursday and the service was very friendly and the amount of options they offer for enhancements were great. I had an excellent pedicure and manicure and was given hot tea an opted for an extended massage.
My daughter was correct that this place is definitely worth coming to. My gel manicure has lasted 3 weeks– which is amazing and I look forward to coming back this week.

One of the best nail salons. They are so hospitable — offer you water or tea. Super friendly. Helen did a great job on my gel nails. Just like the picture.

I can’t say enough good things about all the girls at the nail spa. Every one of them does an excellent job and they all remember my name and greet me with a warm hello every time I come in. The spa is always very clean and they even use plastic liners for their pedicure sinks between every customer.
Ignore the old ratings, this is a new owner and they really take care of their clients.

Been to this salon for a handful of times. Loving the services and those ladies that work there. Always get the top notch services with sea salt scrub and hot stone massage for my pedicure. And my gel nail always last for weeks.
They even do special designs as long as you could show a pictures of it. In my case, since I don’t have a picture to show them, They find a picture to show me to confirm my design. This is ‘how they going out of their way’ to make sure you have a great experience.

New owners. I like to get a gel manicure before business trips. I went in, was helped right away and was very happy with the service. The shop is relaxing and clean. I’ve never had trouble with my manicures lasting when I’ve gotten them here but because of other complaints I saw in their reviews I will post pictures over the next two weeks to show how the manicure holds up.

I’m super disappointed. Aside from the wait and lack of color options they rushed my service. Because it was seven. They sent me on my way with wet nails because they wanted to leave. I didn’t even get massaged on my arms.
And I hate businesses with open doors. Don’t they realize flies in the store is not attractive?
Get fans if you don’t want to use air conditioning.
I won’t be a repeat customer. My first experience is unforgivable.

So I live right around the corner and have been loyal, coming here for over three years despite change in management. While the quality of products and service has not gone down, the customer service fails for me. The new owner who is more about filling seats than giving quality service, is very abrupt. I received and paid for the reflexology pedicure and manicure which is $ 65 total. I did not make an appt. and was one of the only ones there on an evening. Once a couple other people showed up, one of the people giving me my services, walked point blank from me to tend to the new customer. Because of this, my experience took longer than usual – you fill up seats, this is just the result of that.
I’ve been holding off writing this for two reasons: I am a loyal customer, and second, because I wanted to see if my next experience may make up for the last one. Clearly, it didn’t. Although I’ve been asked more than twice if I wanted shellac and after explaining to the owner the reason why is because shellac is made from beetles, she did not remember my response and asked me again.
Lastly, I tried using the % off deal offered through checking in via Unilocal,and the owner did not honor it. Instead, she gave me a punch card and punched my card once, and said after I get 9 more mani/​pedi combos, I’ll get a free pedicure. Big olé JOKE in my opinion.
I will not be wasting my time here any longer, close or not close, you guys need a serious customer service facelift.
