Established in 2008.

Synergetic Web Group was founded by Jenny LaScala who began her career in web development in 1998. While there are a number of agencies available to assist large companies with deep pockets, it is difficult to find a company who identifies, understands and is familiar with the needs of small businesses.

This is Synergetic Web Group — a company founded on the need to educate and assist small businesses in becoming web brilliant. While other companies speak of the value of a web presence, we put our methods to practice, creating the best results, with a reasonable price tag. The final product is an online marketing strategy that artfully blends creativity with technology. In fact, getting the most for your money may just be an understatement.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Synergetic was founded by Jenny who began her career in web development in 1998. She received studied Computer Science at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. After receiving her degree, she started as a Web Developer at Radtke, Tomberlin and Nanos Marketing and Advertising in 2000.

It was at RTN that Jennifer learned the basics of online marketing, content development and project management. After working her way up to Sr. Web Developer and Internet Project Manager, Jennifer left RTN in 2009 to form Synergetic Web Group.

Jennifer stays up to date on the latest technologies and trends by attending tradeshows, participating in continuing education and staying active in groups focused on web excellence. Jennifer is also spends time as the Web Director for Northern California DeMolay, a non-​profit youth group for young men that encourages leadership and public speaking.
