Sign in the door said«be right back» with no time listed. We waited a half hour, but no one showed up. Took my business to Best Buy.

I needed a alarm battery and needed it asap. Called radio shack in Pleasanton, girl picked up the phone and had no idea and informed me they are out. Called Dublin radio shack and David said come on in since he had it. Walked in the store and David had it all ready to go up front to be rung up, great service! He even recycled my old battery and transaction lasted less than 4 mins– thank you David!

I’ve purchased network cables at this location & I have received excellent customer service every time. The store manager, Jim & his associate, Precious, also went beyond the call of duty for another situation & really helped me out. If I have any needs, this Radio Shack location will always be my first option. Thanks Jim & Precious!

Horrible customer service from this foul tempered and extremely rude blonde, who yells at customers. Lose the attitude or you’ll be stuck at the bottom of the heap forever… barely scraping by… Cusromers: SKIP this empty store with rude clerks.

Radio Shack has the worst online/store purchase experience. I never really considered them for electronics/office products, but this Xmas, had to buy a Motorola DECT phone with blue tooth headset. They were the ONLY ones online to have it available. BUT, they won’t ship for free(phone cost $ 60+). They would only ship to the local Dublin store AND if I didn’t like it I have to take it back to the store. I got the phone. And it didn’t work for us. When I took it to the store, firstly, the kid at the counter had no clue how to do returns. Then he called other stores. And then told me, that I had to have the ORIGINALUPS shipping box. I told him I picked up the phone from his store and they had taken off the original UPS packing. He basically declined to return the phone and told me to call customer service online. i came in looking for a camera cord but didn’t bring my camera. i realize that wasn’t a swift move but the guy working didn’t make me feel like a complete idiot thankfully. he gave me some suggestions and then i told him i was going to think about it for a bit. unbelievably, he actually gave me some space. for that i am coming back any and every time i need something electronicey. i ended up getting a card reader and was good to go. :)

Excellent customer service here! The two staff who work at this location went beyond my expectation. I have a large 10 Million candle power flash light that I use for work and it pooped out on me. I brought it in thinking it was a bad fuse or the charging mechanism is broken. The Radio Shack employee thoroughly examined the flash light and said lets try a new charger. It was $ 29.95 and he said«if you want you can leave your unit here and we can see if it charges so that you wont have to bring it back and return it if it doesn’t work». Awesome… so we leave it there and come back in about 2 hours. The unit still didn’t charge and then he looked up the battery. Sure enough the battery was bad and they replaced it and we were on my merry way. Radio Shack rocks!

I was literally in and out in 60 seconds for a replacement battery for my scale. Holy cow, that was fast! Lightening speed service.

This location is never busy, yet the employees act like they have something better to do than help you. Not only that, but this place ripped me off — I bought Radioshack cd to tape converter for my car right before a trip, found out it didn’t work after my return, attempted to return it WITH the reciept, but was told I missed the window to return it. Twenty bucks down the drain.
