Perfect Threading

I had a wonderful experience at Perfect Threading. The location and décor is extremely beautiful with great service to match it. They truly care about their customers and have great attention to detail. I’m glad I found this gem and will be coming back.

They do hands down the best eye brows. I am very very choosy about my eyebrows but all their staff has always done an excellent job. They are very good with waxing too. My go to place for eyebrow and waxing. Ambiance is also clean and pleasant which I really like.

I always get my eyebrows done with Simran. She is really good. I tried few other places too before going to Perfect Threading but did not like. either the shape was not good or sometimes got rashes as my skin is very sensitive. Now it’s been more than 3 yrs and I am still going to Simran.

First time here for a Brazilian. The lady who did it was super nice, very professional and made me feel comfortable. Compared to some other salons in the past where waxers behave very inconsiderate (like they have no sensory nerve endings down there) I had a pleasant experience here and would highly recommend!
Only negative would be the floor in the room can be more sanitary without the hair all over.

Not impressed. The lady calling names was not organized. Eyebrows were not even and the wait was long (20 minutes). Went to Threads directly after so they could fix my uneven eyebrows. And buy reading previous reviews, this establishment needs training intervention in treading/​customer service with their employees.

Always a good experience. Not a big fan of threading in general but they are good and i like their facials!

I am glad that I found this place for threading, waxing and facial. Though its pricey they do a good job. Simran and preethi are really good… for threading, waxing and facial I would highly recommend this place.
On the other hand I did not have a good experience with the make up here (makeup artist name is Lisa – she has no clue about make up)… I wanted to get my make up done for a function at home. It was like i got my make up done for Halloween… I ended up walking out and paying 15 $ bucks!!!
I should stick with this place for just facial, threading and waxing. these they do a pretty neat job!

I have zero complaints about this place! I’ve had someone different every time for threading my eyebrows, yet each person does just as great a job as the last. The place is spacious and very pretty on the inside.

I have been coming to this salon since it opened years ago and have been a loyal customer since! Originally, when there were only a few ladies working, Simran was around very often help customers out. She immediately became my favorite, and while I do prefer her for threading, I have had no problem with anyone else. Everyone is friendly and understanding, especially of people with sensitive skin like me. While I was in college, I would try to wait until I was home to come here for all my threading needs. This will always be my first choice for a salon and I hope their service and quality stays exceptional for years to come!

Fast easy and affordable. Its been 4yrs since I’ve gotten threaded and i remember it hurting and my eyes so watery afterwards. I started waxing and wanted to try threading again because it seem more precise. I didn’t get the lady’s name that did mine but she did a great job. Noticed one brow didnt match and fixed it right away. And as a guy i dont like mine arched or thinned out I like the shape i have just like them to look real clean. Definitely will be going back.

Really impressed by the salon. Only experienced threading and waxing and find both to be nicely done. Settling is clean and how I would expect a salon to be. Can usually get in straight away but maybe book for Friday and Saturday.
Not too pricey but wish they would do a wax package for leg, arm, underarm and eyebrow!

I am prompted to write this review because I see that the business managers of Perfect Threading have been duly responding to all negative reviews received for their service on this forum.
I have been your regular client since a year now. I come every 1 – 2 months, and $ 120 + Tip is typically what I’m billed for the services I take from your salon. Since my per visit bill exceeds $ 100, I can consider myself a «valued» customer who’s review your business managers would read and pay heed to.
The services at your salon are «moderately good», if not the best, especially in comparison to the more upscale salons and spas in the same neighborhood.
Now my issue is not with your services; it is the lack of people skills and good etiquette in your professionals — especially this one lady who’s photograph appears on this forum. [She is dressed in black and white in the photograph.] She stares and sneers at me sarcastically every time I visit the salon. It is so disconcerting sometimes that I feel like walking up to her to give her a piece of my mind. But getting into an altercation with a stupid and small-​time employee is something I would avoid doing. I wonder if this «aesthetician» of yours is even certified, and from where does she get the audacity to behave with her employer’s regular client like that?
Your clients are typically educated women, mostly from India, working at high-​income professional positions in the Bay Area. You need to train your girls — especially the woman in black and white who’s photograph appears on this forum — in etiquette and good manners so that they know how to cater to educated clients. As you’d understand better, this employee of yours doesn’t need to be very educated to learn basic manners and courtesies.
Might I add here that barring this one employee of yours, I’ve never really had any issue with any other employee at your salon.
I am a disappointed client — not in your services — but the treatment I’ve been receiving from this employee of yours every time I visit your salon. But being in the shoes of a client puts me in a position of choice, given that Dublin now has so many beauty salons around.
When an employee behaves bad with a client, she does more damage to her employer than to the client. How can you run a hospitality business with an employee like this who’s unpleasant demeanor and rude mannerism clearly overshadows any aesthetic skills she may have?

Today I had gone for a face wax! I was so scared initially since It was first time for me and I have thick, course, long hair but Simi did a fantastic job on me! She used a hard wax and was so gentle & soft. It was painless waxing for me .
Simi and her staff exactly know what they are doing with the customer. Simi recommended to use face mask since it was first time for me to reduce little bit of redness.
I came out with a glowing skin with no redness and bumps. It din’t seem I got FIRST TIME FACE WAX done.
Of course everyone’s skin type and pain level is different but if you ever want to face wax I would recommend perfect threading !! You will be in good hands :)
So happy with the result…

That moment when you have to give the threader specific instructions about how to make your eyebrows better because her first attempt was uneven…
It was a little embarrassing, frustrating, and I sounded demanding, but I wouldn’t pay to have my eyebrows done if I could shape them myself. I drove out to this location and specifically requested Simran only to get some other lady. After giving specific instructions based on her first attempt, she did just an ok job, but now that I’m home I’m going to have to touch it up.
Conclusion: Simran is the only one that should be threading anyone’s eyebrows at this location. Every other person that I’ve gone to seems to be just average, and you can get just average almost anywhere. In fact, I’ve stopped going here.

I walked in to this threading joint at about 6:30pm on a Saturday when I realized my regular place was closed. Thankfully, Unilocal guided me here to make sure my eyebrows were on point for the evening. I had a poker tournament to go to so I did not want to distract anyone with some bushy brows =)
I walked in and put my name on the sign in sheet. There were a couple of other people waiting so I asked the woman at the front desk if they would have time for me. She let me know that they would and I sat down and waited for my turn. I noticed there was a sign that said that tips were cash only. Being a 30 something, I only pay with a card these days. I sent a text to my husband who was at Subway to grab some cash so I could make sure to tip my threader. Just a few minutes later, my threader called for me and i quickly found myself being groomed. I have uneven arches and she was awesome at making sure both eyebrows looked good without making them too thin just to even them out.
My session was quick and efficient. I grabbed the tip money from the husband and gave it to my threader. I went to the front to pay and saw there was a tip line on the credit card receipt. When I asked about the cash only I was told they are trying to reinforce cash tipping while they are working on the credit card tipping. It felt a little strange but at least I now know those signs are a recommendation only.
I will definitely return when I am in need of some grooming. The staff was friendly, efficient and made me feel welcome as a walk in client.

I think they have new owners !! And workers
:(I have been coming here for years and the price is raised and the girl that did my brows whom I told clean up nicked the other brow and they are crazy thin!!! And un even grrrr it going to take forever grow out !!! And much work make even everyday not very happy!
Going to try another place or just go next door and get waxed !!! This the second time this has happened since the new staffing!

Horrible service.
I’ve given this place and these people so many chances but they are just horrible. I kept hearing about simrin and how she’s great so I made an appointment with her to do my full face including brows… when I got there she just started on my right brow (seemed like she wqs hesitatant when some one she knew walks in and her attention completely goes to that person looks like she knew the girl. She stops in what she’s doing and tells me she will have someone else do my brows and leaves to greet this How are you feeling now? and talk to them and then she starts to do this persons upper lip. This little girl comes up to me and says to she continue the service on me. i was soooo offended by simrin leaving a customer who had made an appointment with her personally to go assist someone she seemed to know. this was very rude and unprofessional! She didn’t even apologize she just left !! This was my another experience with them and it was not pleasant ! She made me feel like I was not as important as other customers!
Few months later I return to give them and NOT simrin another chance… which turned out to be another disappointment. The girl who did my full face made me bleed!!! My cheeks and chin were bleeding!!! And she made one brow shorter than the other !!! And when I was done she said cash tips only and I told her I only have 3 dollars in cash so then she said then we can use your card and add tip that way… emmm okay she I guess she wanted a higher tip for making my face bleed… the next day I noticed she missed a few spots on my face for the full face Threading and so I called and they said to come in and she will take care of it right away. When u arrived I had to wait 20 mins the girl at thr front desk says she has a few people lined up and when she’s thru she can help you… emmm really??? I just got up and told them I don’t have time to wait it’s taking too long and left. I hate this place and the people who work there are so fake and rude. they have no customer service skills. they pretend to be nice but it’s soo obvious that it is fake! I rather just do all my services at threads beauty bar their customer service is genuine and professional!

I went here today because I was referred by a friend, whose eyebrows always look amazing. Now I wasn’t expecting my brows to look like hers because hers are a lot fuller than mine.
I had been growing my brows out for a couple months because people kept taking too much off. They were pretty much all filled in when I came here except for one spot. I told her to work around that spot bc I want it to grow back, I’ll just fill it in. She said okay but she didn’t listen she took too much off that spot and off of the tail so now I am in the same position as I was in two months ago before I grew them out.
I was disappointed bc I feel like the lady who did my brows was just ready to go home (she said that when I asked her how she was) so instead of taking her time to work around my problem areas she just took the easy route and followed the shape.
I think that if you have completely full brows then this place will be okay for you, but if you’re trying to get your brows on track you should try somewhere else.

I really liked this place. It is nice and clean and everyone is pleasant. I was there at 4pm on a weekday and did not wait a minute.
This will be my place to go from now on.

I came in on a Sunday because I desperately needed to get my brows done.
I didn’t have to wait very long, less than 5 minutes.
The lady was nice enough, I asked for a trim and slight shaping.
First and foremost, her hands did not seem very clean. She had just finished threading a customer and then started working on mine after writing some stuff down on a clipboard. I was already starting to dread getting my eyebrows done by her after I saw this. I hate when people touch my face with unclean hands (it spreads bacteria and makes me break out).
She did my brows in less than 5 minutes. I have never gotten my brows done in 5 minutes. Every time I have had my eyebrows threaded, they have taken around 20 — 25 min.
I didn’t want to even look at my brows after she finished doing them. There were still some stray hairs on my right brow, but I did not even bother to ask her to fix it. I’m scared that she would have ended up ripping even more hair off. She also took a little too much hair off the top of my brows… I hate when this happens because it looks so unnatural, and it is so hard to fix.
Not coming here again. I hate having to fix others’ mistakes especially when I already paid for a service.
I am currently breaking out on my brows. and I am pretty sure it is because her hands were not clean enough. Ugh i am so disgusted. I usually never break out around my brow area. This has never happened when I went to other brow places either.
