Business Owner

Penny has lived in the Dublin/​Laurens County, Georgia, area her entire life. She graduated from Heart of Georgia Technical College in 1985 and began her career as a legal assistant at the law office of Robertson & Bobbitt in Dublin. While working, she then did undergraduate work at Georgia College & State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2001 with a degree in Political Science. She then attended and graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law of Mercer University in Macon in 2005.
