Specialties
Our specialty is making your legal experience as painless as possible. We work with you & for you to get what you need. Whether it’s a divorce, custody, divorce mediation, VA or Medi-Cal benefit planning, or estate planning, we work flexibly to fit your situation. We can help you to represent yourself — a less expensive option — or give you full representation and support to fight for you in your court case. Our practice focuses on family law, including divorce, paternity matters, child custody, child and spousal support, adoptions, guardianships, and conservatorships, divorce mediation, VA benefits planning, and estate planning. Our clients like that we are prompt & responsive, knowledgeable, compassionate, and flexible.
History
Established in 2002.
Christina has been practicing family (divorce) law since 2002, and incorporated both divorce mediation and estate planning in 2005. Her associate, Amanda Martin, joined her in 2011, primarily in family law. Christina has represented hundreds of clients in thousands of hearings, trials, and settlement meetings. We work differently in that we work closely with our clients to determine the best course of action & how to achieve it. Far from being one-size-fits-all, we tailor our representation to each individual client’s needs.
