It’s the customer service that really stood out here! One of the employees was kind, considerate and polite. The other got aggressive when I told her I wasn’t interested in ordering an item in the next size. Unfortunately, I didn’t expect the store to be able to fulfill my order due to previously ordering, being charged and then being told the item wasn’t available. She «just wanted me to know that I wasn’t charged if an item didn’t ship» and «saying I was charged is incorrect». I gave in, agreed and walked away while she continued to tell me I was wrong.
Guess what lady, my account statement shows the purchase and the return. So, I just want you to know that you’re the reason I’ll drive out of my way to the Polaris store next time. Thanks!
