This location offers the best deal on certified Honda civics and other model and brands. Their process was quick and I had a great rate with my civic. I also had a great experience and received the best customer service from Tim. He followed through when he said that he’s going to look for an extra key for me and you can’t beat that. Thanks again Tim!

I came here two years ago, for an oil change since I had Honda Care. The guy lied to me and told me I had to go to an Autonation Honda to get it taken care of. I came here a month ago to get an oil change, willing to pay for it anyways, still under Honda Care. They magically accepted Honda Care. The last person LIED to me. Even though I walked out of there without spending a penny, this place needs to be shut down, as the last person refused to fulfill Honda’s HondaCare commitment. I’m never buying a Honda again. Do not trust Honda.

Car is amazing, but service is terrible! Go to Livermore Honda, that’s where I should have gone, they are way better than Ken Harvey’s Honda. I was told by the Service Manager that there was nothing that he could do to help me with the issues of the delivery of the car. Don’t waste your time going to this dealership!

I got a 2015 Honda Civic here yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating even though it was clear they were also very busy. Salesman wasn’t pushy at all and I got to take my time test driving and letting my family help me decide.

Our first service for the Honda Odyssey was quick and clean at Dublin Honda service center. I took an online appointment, and Gerald was there to help through the process, the facilities at the center and also added the discount coupon before I asked for it. Asked for a car wash and he added that as well for being a first timer. Got the van back on time as informed.
Will return, for their great service and its the nearest for us.

No stars! The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. You’d expect them to have some knowledge of product pricing and stock, but that’s nonexistent here. I’d get better service at the DMV!
They sent me an email saying they had the car with the specs I was looking for. So I’d made an appointment to see and test drive the car. My wife and I turned up to be walked around the whole of the dealership by the sales person looking for the car. 10 minutes later it was found jacked up in the workshop. Couldn’t even touch the car, let alone test drive it. Drove 30mins to experience incompetent and rude sales people.
Don’t waste your time! Go somewhere else where they actually care about basic manners and customer service.

Wow what great service. I ended up locking my keys in the trunk of my car and I needed to get a spare it was the only way that I could get it. I was able to show them my registration proof of insurance ID and they were able to print me a duplicated key so that I could unlock my trunk. They save the day very impressed.

We recently bought a new car from Dublin Honda and was helped by sales associate Elvis Nessari. Elvis was very friendly and easy to work with and never rushed us through the sales process. We are very happy with our new car and highly recommend working with Elvis.

We stopped by this dealership after shopping at Dublin Toyota. We did not have a great experience at Toyota. Honda was slightly better, but still disappointing. It took our sales guy a while to figure out where the keys to the CRV we wanted to test drive were. When I asked to look at the Pilot, we were spoken to as if we can’t afford the Pilot.
Well thanks a lot.
The best thing that happened was we walked over to the Mazda dealership afterwards — where we found great service and I found that the Mazda CX-​5 is probably going to be my future car.
If you want to test drive a Honda, your better off trying another dealership.

The worst customer service ever. I called up to ask till what time it’s opened and they said 8pm. I reached by 7.15 and they had closed their place. They said the business had slowed down do we sent back employees … Can u believe it Memorial Day weekend and no car customers? I hope they know why now? So rude the people are that’s why. No appointment they adhere to that’s why and lastly that guy says to me if u want you can come tomorrow morning if u want else u can go anywhere else. That attitude. Obviously you want have customers on Memorial Day. Improve ur customer service as HONDA is a good brand else please close down Dublin. I am going to Livermore tomorrow … As when I am buying 40k car I expect good customer service …

Our experience here was amazing. We worked with Eddie, Vince and Sam. We came in, checked out a couple of the cars and hey! We end up leaving with one! (: Eddie and Vince worked with us on getting us the car. Sam the sales manager was checking in making sure we the client were okay. He was absolutely wonderful, he went above and beyond with customer experience by offering his cherries. Thanks again, Sam!

The service department is great! I will say they were super nice. After dealing with sales I was hesitant to come to service but they were ultra cool and I want to thank them for being so great. I’m unsure about the sales department still?

I had such great customer service from the Express Service department that I had to write a review. Came in for an oil change, but they found a puncture in my tire that was unable to be fixed. I had to drive to LA the following day so I needed to get a new tire that day and it was already 4pm. Honda didn’t carry the tire brand, Hankook, that I needed. I was stressed! Tarrell (I’m not sure how he spells it but it rhymes with Darrell) went above and beyond to make sure he found a tire shop that carried my tire so I could drive to LA safely. He called a bunch of shops until finding one that carried the tire I needed and told them I was on my way. I got my tire replaced that day. Thanks, Tarrell!

Went in for service toward the end of the day for a simple oil change. I usually go to either San Leandro or Oakland Honda. Was told they were too busy and to come earlier in the day. Rather than that I just went to San Leandro Honda the next day at the same time. San Leandro Honda squeezed me in as they always do. I’m not sure if they have slightly different service hours. I do know that Oakland has an «Express» sign. There are slight differences between all the Honda Dealers… they are not all the same.
I did buy some coolant and 4 spark plugs here tho from the parts department. I usually don’t mess with cars at all but to work on a Honda is so easy anybody can do simple stuff. On my 2003 accord all 4 spark plugs are right on top and the coolant can be released without out lifting the car or removing anything. Same goes for the taillights — takes 30 seconds. On my similar vintage Taurus the tail lights take a wrench and maybe 20 minutes. Same deal for the interior cabin air filter on the Accord and the Taurus.
I would do oil changes myself but they are so inexpensive at any Honda dealer. $ 35 and you can usually just surf the net while your in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Its totally worth it so you don’t have to deal with old oil, lifting a car and spending the time to buy the oil and filter.

I was thisclose to buying a 2016 Honda Fit this past Sunday. They lost my business when they tried to give me an astronomical APR and told me that it’s because banks are closed on Sunday. :-/
Don’t insult your customers’ intelligence like that, Sam.
I walked out and bought a 2016 Honda Fit somewhere else the same day.

Had to get my Mom’s Honda Odyssey fixed so I came by without knowing what was wrong with it. Dumb… I know.
Anyway, I went into the Service line and said, «So yeah, don’t know where to go but…» And the young boy told me to go to the far left lane.
Sat in my car in the far left lane for about 1 minute and realized no one was coming to help me so I walked in and asked the first man I saw — Jim!
Jim was so helpful. He seemed so busy when I approached him but he was still willing to help. I had so many questions on top of not knowing what was wrong with the car but he did not seem annoyed at all. So awesome!
Will be going back next Tuesday for the ACTUAL work on the car.
Only downside is that shuttles only pick you up in the morning and drop you off at home in the afternoon. My appointment is at 4 and their won’t be a shuttle to drop me off at home :(

I brought my Pilot in for a warranty extension on compliance bushings on a Friday at 8 am. By 4:30 they still hadn’t called me to tell me if it was ready so I had a friend drive me there. When I got there, they hadn’t done the work and asked me to take a loaner. Fine, but irritating they didn’t let me know. Couldn’t make it to them Saturday. Most of Monday went by and they hadn’t called. Left three messages and not one was returned. Started calling Tuesday. Each time it would ring and ring and finally end up at some after hours box. No calls back. After three or four attempts I finally got a receptionist and was handed to the cashier who said, yes, indeed my car was ready.
The work was done and the car seems fine so I think the techs did their part but the lack of communication was frustrating and super unprofessional.

I’d like to first off start by saying I bought my 2010 Honda Accord from this dealership 3 years ago and they found the perfect financing to accommodate me and make my payment schedules easy. The finance team and sales people were great! I love my Honda Accord. She’s been the best!
But TODAY, I want to give a compliment to Jimmy, a Service Advisor who works in the Service Department at Dublin Honda as well as a compliment to the staff in the Parts department. I called yesterday to get a part ordered for my car that needed fixing. I called Parts yesterday and they got the part in today. Today I took my car in for service and Jimmy was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He even allowed me to use a courtesy vehicle so I could get back and forth to work. He kept good communication with me through the whole time my car was in service. I always take my car to a dealer closer to home and they accommodate me no where near the way Dublin Honda did. This is my go-​to place for service because they accommodate me and make it easy to get this done while I’m at work. Plus service is open til 8! You rock Dublin Honda and so do you Jimmy!

Worst place to get a car. Purchased a honda accord and financed 10k from them. The process was painful. Waited 2 hour for the finance guy to started the paper work and waited another 3 hr for the guy to finish. Not to mention the fact that the sales guy were pushy.
Anyways. That is not the problem. The problem is that the finance department did not send the proper paper work to dmv and now dmv sent me a letter asking me for *posting fee*. Contacted the sales person and finance person multiple times and left messages. No one cares to call back. Would never recommend anyone going there.

Skip the receptionist and go straight to Jerry Jones. I bought my new Honda Accord V6 last week. It took me all day to decide what i wanted. He was patient entire time by my side. With my luck i got crack on the windshield and flat tire first week of driving it. I called him on the verge of crying but my worries quickly went away. He took care of everything that day, free of charge. To make me feel even better he gave me certificate for free oil change. He didn’t just meet my expectations, he exceeded them.

Go to see Elvis! He will hook you up and make the whole process easy with his knowledge and patience. Went in a few times to kindof get an idea of what car I’d be interested in and he didn’t rush me or seem bothered by it! He was very helpful and patient! When it came time to purchase my vehicle he was very helpful and gave me an awesome deal! I don’t know about the other sales people there but he definitely changed my mind about salesmen and I will always go to him and refer my family here to get their cars!

I do not trust this dealership for service. I dropped off my accord to get an oil change, when I called to get the status, they told over the phone that the rear passenger tire was punctured and needed to be replaced. $ 189 was their quote to get it replaced. I declined because (1) I didn’t believe them because I never noticed the tire sensors going off and (2) I wanted to get a second opinion. When I took my car to get the tires checked at a tire place down the street from the dealership, I was told the tires were fine and we’re not damaged at all. It’s been over 6 months and have not noticed anything wrong with my rear passenger tire or any other tires. I think they just wanted to get more money out of me to spend on unnecessary maintenance.

This dealership should consider themselves lucky to have such amazing staff (particularly in the service department) Gerald and Edmond deserve extra bonuses and then some! I came in at about 3:00 on a Wednesday to try and figure out what was wrong with the monitor on my Honda Civic 2014 EX. It was not showing who sent me text messages and I was not sure why. Both Gerald and Edmond were super patient with me and tried pairing their phones to my car and the same model they had in the parking lot to test what was going on. After several attempts of trial and error we agreed to have me leave my car over night. I did some research on my own and came back the next day and I asked them if I could test out something new on their Honda Civic. They came with me and we all sat in the car trying to test it. All in all, we came to the conclusion that it had something to do with the apple phone that I had. I was not able to fix the issue but I was satisfied to know that there was nothing wrong with my civic, just my phone! It’s all thanks to these guys because I don’t know who else would have sat through all that with me! Thanks You guys so much :)
And Gerald shared some protein with me because I was starving hungry after school and I was waiting for my car. Your awesome Gerald! I should also mention that both times I did not make an appointment and they totally accommodated me and tried to fit me in even though they were swarmed with stuff to do, Which I really appreciate a lot.

Excellent customer service! I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee today and received an excellent deal! Best price around ! The manager was very helpful in answering all our questions. Easiest time ever in buying a vehicle!

«DO NOT BUY FROM DUBLIN HONDA!»
Dec 31 2015 we went into this dealership. All the years buying new cars, and the many folks that I’ve helped buy new, I have never been treated the way we were at this dealership. They are nothing but rude arrogant swindlers! Four days after the purchase agreement, we were told to bring the car back. Not for bad credit. My wife’s credit score is above 730. The reason why they made us bring the car back? Because Dublin Honda suspiciously thinks that my wife will give the car to the person she was co-​signing for. So we could never buy a car from Dublin Honda with excellent credit score because of this reason? Wow! Liars! I guess this is what happens when you negotiate the price of a 2015 Honda Civic EX for $ 17,400. We feel once upper management got word of the final price, that they made up this stupid claim to bring the car back. One of the managers, who was very rude to us the entire time, had a smile on his face as he put the sticker back on the car. Just a bunch of rude childish unprofessional people!
Trust me folks, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!

Yesterday January 26^th my friend and I went to Nissan Dublin to purchase a car. We were treated very well, and was able to purchase an automobile for an excellent price without any issues at all. My friend was denied a loan at Honda Dublin (which is why my wife co-​signed), but Nissan Dublin approved her for the loan without a co-​signer at a very low interest rate, considering her being a first time buyer with a credit score just over 650. So why couldn’t Dublin Honda do this? Because they are a bunch of liars! My friend being a first time buyer was kind of nervous after our experience with Honda, and she kept thinking that the same thing would happen all over again. But Dublin Nissan assured us that they would take care of her. And they did! Robert Gala was our sales manager and he was absolutely great! He really took care of us. Sorry I can’t say the same thing about this Honda dealership. Actually I take that back, I’m not sorry. We got the better deal at Nissan!

I’m actually writing this review from the lounge in Livermore Honda where I leased my new Civic. I would have loved to lease my new vehicle from Dublin Honda but when I went in last night to look at cars and talk to someone, I had no luck finding anyone willing to ask me if I needed help.
I walked past 6 sales people in the lobby that were congregating around a cube telling jokes to one another and I even said hello to the receptionist but still, no help.
So, drove up 580 to Livermore and now I’m in a new Civic.

Trust.
Ultimately, you need to decide whether or not to trust Dublin Honda to service your car and as a FIRST TIME visitor to their service department, I don’t trust their service department to have my best interest at heart.
Look, my car died. I had to have it towed to Dublin Honda at 10:00 pm the night before so I wasn’t in a good mood when I stopped by the next morning at 7:00 am to start the paperwork to get my car fixed.
The first words out of service advisor Dona Ronzone’s mouth was a recommendation to do a timing belt change and the catastrophic damage that may occur if I don’t do it. Hello! My car is DEAD. It stranded me the night before and you want to talk about maintenance? Let’s get my car back on the road first!
Dona calls me later with a quote of $ 900 to replace the starter with a new OEM starter. After I complained long and hard about the price, she backtracks and said if I went with a re-​manufactured starter, the price drops to $ 750. And why didn’t Dona tell me my TWO options before hard-​selling me on higher priced option? The kicker is that they didn’t even have the new starter in stock. If I wanted a new starter, I’d have to wait a day but if I wanted a remanufactured starter, they’d have my car ready in the afternoon. I went with the remanufactured starter.
Really, that’s the heart of my complaint against Dublin Honda’s service department: they (or at least Dona) want every last cent out of you without thinking of a long term relationship where I TRUST my service advisor to get me back on the road AND keep me on the road as economically and quickly as possible.
I gave Dublin Honda’s service department a chance but thanks but no thanks.
Tip #1: Ask about the warranty of the replacement parts. The remanufactured starter has a 3 year warranty vs. the new OEM starter having just a 1 year warranty.
Tip #2: They take competitor’s coupons so do your research to see if any local area dealership coupons apply to you.
Tip #3: For a truly satisfying Honda service experience, consider driving 9 miles EAST on the 580 from Dublin to its neighboring city to the Honda dealership there.

Sunday service department is understaffed. It’s nice it’s available, but if you can’t staff it correctly, then don’t offer it.

Thankfully I get great Honda SA’s.
My 2.5yr old car has A LOT OF MILES!
Apparently, driving a lot in the dark speeds up battery corrosion. Whatever the cause, my battery was super corroded and I needed a new one pronto!
I brought it here, since it was the closest Honda dealership.
Rylan assisted me. I was going to take a shuttle to Nordstrom Rack but my car was done in 30mins, before the shuttles were back. Sweet…
While my battery was changed the tech also checked all the fluids, tires, etc. (Too bad they don’t offer complimentary car washes here).
Fast & easy & back on the road to add more miles to my car!

They have gone out of their way to demonstrate that they provide the same Honda quality service that we love so much about this company and brand. They are working closely with us on a unique technical issue with the entertainment system that has caused us some difficulty over the last few months in getting resolved.

To start, I have been bringing my ’97 CR-​V to the Dublin service garage since I moved to the area a year ago, and have had a very good experience with the service reps and techs here. Andre at the express garage has always done a great job and has given good advice on the various work that I’ve had done on my CR-​V — (I give him and his techs a ⁵⁄₅ — thank you!).
Although I have had a good experience with the service garage, what earns my poorly rated review here is the sales department. I have been eagerly awaiting the release of the 10^th generation 2016 Honda Civic sedan for quite some time. A few days before its release, I was contacted by the Dublin sales team that they’d be in touch about the sale of the vehicle. Communication was pretty good at the start and they got back to me right when they were ready to start selling. I had a good idea of the exact trim (touring) that I wanted and a few accessories. I was told they had no turbo trims in stock, so like anyone else who has been waiting for this car’s release for months decided to go to the nearest dealership that had a touring on lot so I could give it a ride and check out that new 1.5T engine. At the time, Dublin was still going to be my first choice to buy from, but when I contacted them again to see if I could still yet get a quote, they have seemingly cut all communication. After 20 days since my first contact, I never received a single quote for the vehicle and they do not respond to my inquiries.
From my experience, this dealership is only interested in selling precisely what is on their lot and absolutely not interested in your business if you want something they don’t have ready to sell at that immediate moment. They aren’t even willing to give a hypothetical price they’d want from the build. They have missed out on a ~$ 28-​$ 30k sale by ignoring me. I can tell you, there are more attentive Honda dealers in the area that I have worked with since here.
Revised my review because I felt 1 star was unfair since I have had good experiences with the service department. I’ve added a star as a result.

Went to test drive a Pilot. The salesman bluntly told me «if you don’t plan on buying today, I don’t have time to take you on a test drive».
I ended up buying elsewhere and have taken it here for service while under the warranty period.

I have been coming to Ken Harvey’s since I bought my Honda Fit in 2009. We recently got a Honda Odyssey in 2014 and we got fantastic service again.
Every time any of our cars need any type of service we come and have no issues. They take care of all our needs and make sure we are in and out within a reasonable time frame.

So, I was a first time car buyer coming in here last weekend. I was referred to a sales associate here by my mother’s friend. I came in and immediately was greeted by the nicest sales man that I seen there whose name was Jerry. Unfortunately, I was referred to a sales man named Tito.
Tito initially came across as a decent guy. After looking at the cars that I wanted and the different colors, Tito tried to stiff me at a high APR and a ridiculous selling price once we sat down. And he said to me, «I am trying to help you out». I was referred to this individual and my trust in him was lost when he tried to attempt that. Sales men like these are the reason many people lose faith in car dealerships. He eventually came back with a decent offer, but I looked this guy in the eyes and he not only tried to intimate me, but challenged me. I don’t know if you had an off day Tito but that level of customer service is terrible. I couldn’t trust him after this altercation, so I walked away and bought a car the same day elsewhere.
Remember, you are the customer, and the car isn’t one of a kind. There may be another dealership within 10 – 20 miles of you. Please consider going to a place that will treat you with some decency.
I am giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because Jerry is the man! That guy has a great attitude. Too bad I didn’t get to negotiate with him because he seemed like he would be a pleasure to work with. This review is for my experience with Tito.

After many discussions and once I communicated without anger, Steve & Jim were more than willing to work with me. As it turns out I am completely willing to admit that I was part of the problem when dealing with Dublin Honda because once we came to a resolution in a professional manner, my faith in people that want to do the right thing has been restored.
I believe if you approach Dublin Honda’s mgmt about any issue that they do care and will work hard to make it right. Thanks Steve Bado, and thank you Jim!

First and foremost, Sales reps need to respect the potential customers walking into the store and looks like they don’t have any freaking clue how to do that. The Sales rep that my wife approached for help to check out a new Honda Pilot wouldn’t answer the basic questions and when she pushed for more details he asked her to come with her husband if she wanted to know more details.
Hoping others don’t face similar stuff with this hole in the brain rep.

5 Stars for Jerry Jones! This review is long overdue but I must emphasize on asking for Jerry as soon as you pull up to the lot. A salesperson attempted to assist us but we requested for Mr. Jones before even entering the building. I’d read many reviews prior to arriving and knew we wouldn’t be pressured or hurried for a quick sale with this gentleman.
I’ll keep it short and sweet. We were there to test drive 2 – 3 models and take one home. Jerry was prompt in handing over keys after securing a drivers license copy and allowed us to take our time. I decided which one I wanted and the rest is history. Or not. A different employee (name unmentioned but lots of reviewers seem to complain about him) tried to sell us the car I wanted at a discounted price, but here’s the catch: one of the managers has been driving it around town back and forth from his home to work. I didn’t even bother getting the price. 600 miles?! Trying to buy a brand new car here … anyway, I was told Jerry personally drove over the car I did take home from another dealership. He is the automobile epitome of professional, looking sharp in a suit with a genuine demeanor.
Do your research and provide emails of pricing agreements if you have to. It doesn’t hurt to look around online for the best deals and the dealerships themselves will start emailing you some.
Starbucks coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the customer waiting room! They’ve got coffee mate flavored cream.
I highly suggest getting the extended warranty for all of the electronic gadgets and gizmos. You never know when something’s going to malfunction.

Had to make a visit to honda to drop off car for oil change and tune up.
Always a great visit here at honda were everyone is always friendly and so nice. It’s nice when they remember you from past visits. Seiryta took great care of me today and would definitely recommend talking to him if you have any honda /​car problems or issues. Also Service advisor Mr Vaught came and introduced himself sell and remembered me from past visits and wanted to make sure everything was going good. I give this place 5 stars on customer service !!
