With the horror stories you hear about going to the BMV, this location is a little hidden gem. I went in to get my license renewed and was greeted by a friendly woman right as I walked in the door. There was no line, so she helped me right away. I was in and out in about five minutes. Highly recommend this location! Skilled, courteous people who don’t make you feel like you’re doing them a favor by doing their job(which has been my experience at other locations). Kudos to the Hayden Rd office!

I get this is a government agency and they will continue to be there with or without my $… But every business should take a little pride in their services — come up with a better system– offer seats versus your customers standing in 40 minute lines without any circulating air! I feel bad for the miserable workers that sit in there for hours on end with no fresh air! How about a ticket system– like offered at your local deli. come in, take a ticket, and have a seat… Or choose to stand if you would like– but at least offer the option. The excuse can’t be to keep the flow because 40 minute lines shoves that excuse out the door. I’m young and healthy– but the 300lb woman behind me couldn’t handle that– I thought I was going to be giving CPR by the time it was all said and done. I can’t even complain about the workers not offering a smile– because they were too afraid the last saved oxygen may escape their delicate mouths!!! Get it together people!!!

Thank God for . I guess they were more friendly than the other BMVs I’ve visited, but the degree of time-suck is seriously incomprehensible.

I used to stop in at this BMV location when I used to work in Dublin and I would have to say that they are one of the best in the area too. I would go in there on my lunch hour to renew my sticker, whatever and it would only take a few minutes to get it all done.

This is by far the best BMV I have been to. One time, on a football Saturday, I woke up and realized I had lost my entire wallet from the previous night’s debacle. I quickly threw on some clothes, raced to the BMV on a Saturday morning, waited in line for 15 minutes(which I don’t think is bad for a BMV) and was back in time to start the early festivities before kick off! I will say though that for some reason everyone that gets their picture taken here has a huge nose in the photo. Quite comical to say the least!
