Established in 2012.

Bilqees Technology Solutions (BTS) was found by our president Atif Jalil Khan single handedly in April, 2012. Since then company was able to perform contract based work for companies such as: MetLife Insurance, State Of Tennessee, International Business Machines (IBM), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Aetna Health Insurance mainly supporting IBM WebSphere Core Product Group software development and administration services related projects.
