We specialize in neurologically based chiropractic care. We use state of the art digital x-​rays and a space certified nerve interference detection device to locate the precise areas of the spine that need treatment. We work on everyone from infants to geriatrics, from pregnant moms to extreme athletes. Our mission is to bring chiropractic to the masses and to help our communities achieve higher health through all natural chiropractic care.

History

Established in 2013.

Dr. Matt Alexander began practicing with his father Kurt Alexander who has been practicing in Livermore, CA for 30 years. In 2013 Dr. Matt bought a practice in Dublin, CA from Dr. Pat Downey who had been practicing for about 13 years. Since that time he has grown the practice to one of the busiest referral based practices in the East bay.

OK, so a little bit about myself. I grew up in Livermore, CA. I love sports, especially basketball and motocross. I was in boy scouts as a teenager and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. I graduated from Livermore High School in 2001. When I turned 19 I decided to serve a mission for my church. I was called to serve in Mexico City for 2 years. My time in Mexico allowed me to become fluent in Spanish, but much more importantly it taught me how to serve others selflessly. Upon returning to the United States I began attending Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. That is where I met my beautiful wife Tawny. We were married in April, 2008. After getting my prerequisites for chiropractic school we moved to California and I began classes at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. I graduated from Life West in 2011. My wife and I have 3 wonderful children. Rylee is my oldest daughter, next comes my son Landon, and Audrey is the youngest. I spend my free time with my family

I have been a client of Dr. Alexander for three years now and have seen him grow his business, he has created a wonderful, healing place. Always professional and easy to get an appointment. What I can’t believe, is that I have until only recently gotten a massage from Rachel. I came in three weeks ago, feeling broken down by chronic migraines. Before our appointment she inquired about the source of pain, and what other remedies I had sought before coming to her. I really appreciated this, she wanted to know more background prior to any massage. I signed up for 30 minutes and regretted that I did not purchase an entire hour. However, I did purchase the 3-​pack massage and it has been very helpful, for both my body and mind. The migraines are subsiding, and more importantly she has given me tools to utilize in fighting the source of my migraines. I have recently been diagnosed with Hereditary Amyloidosis, a rare disease that causes neuropathy in my hands and feet… getting diagnosed early is helpful to my long term health. Not helpful in trying to live life «normally.» My next challenge is to deal with the worry and stress that comes with a chronic disease. I now feel more prepared with the help I got from Rachel!

After nearly a year of receiving adjustments from Dr. Alexander, I decided to try getting a massage with Rachel, and I am so glad that I did! She truly listens to you when you describe where your problem areas are, and works on those spots from all directions. She is easily the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Rachel is also great at recommending products and options to prevent back pain. She has been sports taping my shoulders after sessions to keep me from hunching at my office chair, and it has made such a difference! I can both see and feel the improvement. I always schedule an adjustment after my massage, and go home feeling like a new person!

Rachel has been super helpful in decreasing my son’s shin splints. She massages out his legs and uses the lazer on him. He’s a runner and can’t take time off training right now. It’s amazing that the pain is decreasing even though his activity level is increasing. She is professional and gives him a little extra time if he needs it. We’ve been 4 or 5 times over 3 weeks. My son feels so much better! Thank you!

Get ruin of the pain! After my first visit with Dr. Alexander, the pain in my neck that radiated up the back of my head was GONE. I have seen many chiropractors throughout the years who struggled adjusting my difficult neck. Dr. Alexander adjusted my neck easily. He is personable, no nonsense, and took his time to understand my issues. He had me feeling better in one visit and explained what we were going to do to correct my posture. The first visit evaluation, x-​rays, and adjustment were very reasonably priced. Thanks Dr. Alexander!

I was having lower back pain and i was trying different things to deal with the pain but the problem was always there, I was unable to do the most common things such as tighing my shoes, sitting down, driving and most importantly interacting with my kids as normal.
After a few weeks of dealing with this painful back pain, i made the decision of calling Dr Alexander’s office to setup an appointment. That was the BEST decision I had made. Everyone in this center is very friendly and professional Mrs Reyna in the front office, Mrs Linda in Accounting, they make you feel comfortable and special in every aspect of their services .
Dr Alexander took the time to explain every detail of my condition and also expain to me how everything works.
After the first adjustment my back pain was completely gone and i was able to do everything as normal. Dr Alexander did an amazing work with my back and I’ve been going there for a few months now feeling better every time.
I also had the fortune of being treated by Dr Adler.
He is very professional. The two of them make a great team and the work they do in amazing! They truly have gifted hands.

After about 3 weeks of waking up in the middle of the night everyday with terrible upper and lower back pain i finally called into Dr. Alexander’s office and asked for the earliest appointment available. I was so pleased to hear they could see me the same day. Ive been receiving adjustments from Dr. Arnott Adler for a couple weeks now and it has helped me alot in understanding my body’s needs and ways to please it as well as giving me relief to my lower and upper back pain. Today i recieved a massage from Rachel Williams who was AMAZING! My body was so tense and tight it felt like i was 75 years old. She is very good at soothing the pain away and making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I feel so much better. Highly recommend Dr. Alexander and his wonderful staff!

I have not been to Dr. Alexanders office so this review may seem a bit strange but bear with me. I met Dr Alexander yesterday when he stopped into my office to meet with a co-​worker. He immediately noticed I was having balance issues and asked if I was alright. I’ve been suffering an inner ear ailment and hadn’t considered chiropractic. He could see I wasn’t feeling well and offered to help. While it wasn’t the miracle cure I was hoping for it definitely cleared my ears and has helped with my vertigo a bit which is more than I expected considering the severity of my problem. If he cared so much to help someone who was not his patient I can only imagine how great he is in his practice.

Came in here to order Ideal Protein food. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the item I wanted (Vanilla Crispy Square). Met Rhena at the front desk when I walked in. She greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. I bought my product then stayed an talked for a few minutes about the diet with Rhena and another friendly office worker! Seriously thinking about switching my coaching location to here, since it’s closer to home, the parking is much better, the office hours are better and they too have a friendly staff. Check this place out if your thinking about The Ideal Protein Diet

Rachel has been an awesome Ideal Protein coach, providing valuable advise and moral/​emotional support during the weight loss journey. I have seen Dr. Alexander 3 times now. My lower back feels so much better and will continue with the plan he has placed for me. I have seen a couple of other chiropractors in the past but he is by far the most thorough I have seen. I left my last chiropractor due to wait time in the office and since I have transitioned here have only had a couple of minutes wait. He is very personable and discusses what you will need for the future. I have recommended to several others.

Three months ago I had a bad pain in my neck for months. Because of that I had a limited range of motion which made it difficult to drive safely. After trying all sorts of other therapies I decided with hesitation to try chiropractic. I searched through various Unilocal reviews which led me to Dr. Matt Alexander. My initial evaluation showed that I was really out of alignment. Matt was great at explaining everything from reading my x-​Ray to showing how various regions of my spine relate to different types of pain. Really a nice guy and easy to talk to!
I have to be honest in that the first treatment was a bit of a surprise as I had never felt or heard my back and neck do that before. But immediately after I felt a sense of relief and my pain was reduced! It didn’t completely go away and Matt said I would need a few treatments. Following this, I visited about twice a week for a month and the pains completely subsided.
I had always been skeptical about chiropractic treatment before coming here. But I’m at a point now that when I feel that I’m a bit off, I know a quick visit to Matt will help get me back on track. I seriously look forward to every treatment because I always feel renewed and energized afterwards!

I have had lower back pain for almost 10 years, with ever varying degrees of severity, due to disc degeneration. Just recently, I could tell something was «out of whack» which was causing me severe pain and inhibiting my movement. I’m new to the Dublin area, but found Dr. Alexander via the excellent reviews on Unilocal,and I have not been disappointed.
On visit 1, I was given a tour of the facility, and a thorough explanation of the other services they offer, including massage, nutrition/​diet advice, and laser therapy. The office is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. X-ray’s were taken and we had a discussion about my issues and history before the first adjustment was done.
After 5 or 6 more adjustments, I’ve seen signifiant reduction of my pain since my first visit about a month ago. Dr. Alexander shares new information and offers on every visit, so I never feel like I’m lacking information. He and his staff are professional, timely, and welcoming. I’m very happy with the treatment I’ve received, and plan to stay on top of my chiropractic health from now on!

I have been going to Dr. Alexander for the past 2 months for chronic low back pain and have felt a big difference. I no longer feel that dull achy pain.
