Chill place for Euro parts there selection good, this wreck has a whole lot to offer, but I recommend patience when coming they are the under staffed but straight forward associates, they get the job done. Excellent place I would recommend to everyone who’s a DIY weekend mechanic, AGAIN THEY ARE UNDER STAFFED CURRENTLY PATIENCE IS RECOMMEND. Good all around.

So my mom’s car needed a transmission repair. Used transmission for my mom’s car is in high demand since they usually break after 160k miles and everyone is looking for them. I found LPD on a part website when they were selling an unit that fits what I am looking for. Right spec and relatively low mileage. I called on a Wednesday, told them I will come down in this week, the guy on the phone said ok. When I called on friday before I was about to leave, they told me that the unit is sold. But they just got a new one came in and it only has half of the mileage compare to the last one (the first one had 86k, this one has only 46k) I asked them about the price and the guy said they will sell it to me at their standard price which is a very good deal. After the call, I drove down there right the way since I know this one wont last long. Keeping the story short, I was in and out the place in 15 mins with the transmission in my trunk. The transmission is installed in the car now and it works great, Thanks guy.

Bad customer service. The people come off as rude. When I asked questions the guy talked to me in a fashion as if he didn’t want to help me. I felt unwanted there and I honestly just left. Will not come back here again.

Great used European parts every time! I have not had a problem and I am an occasional buyer for my mechanic shop. These guys know their auto parts!

Called in the morning and spoke to David about having a part for my car. He wrote my number down and told me he’ll call me back, because he had to locate the part first. 20 min later no call back, so i decided to call him back. A gentlemen name Jason picked up. I asked Jason if they located my part? He told me they have it in stock and i can come to pick it up. When i got there, he told me they can check if the part is there. Really??? I drove 20 min away for u to check if the part is there? He told me over the phone that he had it, but when i got there in person he told me he said over the phone that, «I guess i have it.» You“guess” you have it? Well Jason… I «guess» you just wasted my time for nothing? Next time, put your hand on the part before u guess!!!
After he didn’t have the part, which i pretty much figured that already, he started to call around locating who might have it. He found a company called Basset auto wrecking. He told me they have the part for $ 75.
I figured that price seemed kind of high, so i decided to call Basset myself. Henry gave me a price of $ 50. Wow! Jason messed up and made me drive to him for nothing and then had the audacity to up sale the part? Just terrible business adequate.

I desperately needed to find some parts for my uncle’s car. A friend referred me to this establishment.
When I arrived parking was easy to find. A gentleman approached me and asked me what I was looking for. He had a great sense of humor and on a hot day, humor helps.
I told him what I needed and he brought back several parts and explained to me my options.
I paid cash and the transaction was over.
We talked about fishing, cars, and the weather. It was overall a great experience.
I’ll be back when and if I need more parts.

Need some parts for your Mercedes at a saving of 30% to 70%
I was quoted $ 800.00 for a new windshield for my Mercedes at Rusnak Arcadia and another $ 240.00 for a piece of rear molding for my SUV.
I was referred by my customer to LPD Auto Wrecking who specializes in Mercedes Benz Parts. I called one afternoon and They didn’t have a used windshield but had my molding. LPD then quoted me $ 220.00 for the new windshield and $ 50.00 for the molding both installed. I then made an appointment for 9:00 am the next morning and by noon the car was completely finished.
When I inspected the vehicle everything looked great and I paid for my services the total came out to $ 250.00 — OMG what a huge savings from the crooks at the dealership!
I’m so happy with the workmanship, quality of service and would recommend LPD Auto Wrecking.
