If you wear contact lenses for nearsightedness, and are at an age when nearsightedness is also becoming an issue, InFocus offers a type of contact lens that using different corrections in different concentric circles s that both can be corrected without the headache inducing approach of different types of correction for different eyes. this has really made my life easier as I no longer need reading glasses! Friendly service is also provided.

I have been coming to InFocus for over 8 years. Dr. Emily Wang is thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Her office runs on state of the art equipment, staff is polite and thorough, and the hours for appointments are varied. Dr. Wang cares about her patients and helps to assure you can see near/​far. Follow-​up appointments to assure eye contacts’ fit and strength are perfect are not encouraged, but a must by the good doctor. If you’re looking for an eye care doctor, InFocus is the place.

Update: Went in just a couple days ago to pick up my newly polarized sunglasses and to pick up an extra pair. I think I have found my vision home!
Dr. Shih was awesome! I had an appointment yesterday for 3 of my kids and she was amazing with all of them. She didn’t rush and I felt like she was very thorough. The office staff was polite and made us feel welcome and at home. I would recommend this office 10x over.

I have been going here for over 6 years now. I love it! The staff is professional, knowledgable, and friendly oh and of course accommodating! Dr. Wang is the best optometrist IMHO. She is so sweet, caring and very thorough with her patients.

Love this place! Went here for the first time last month to get my eyes checked and update my computer/​reading glasses. Mind you I hadn’t been to an optometrist in nearly 10 years. Yikes! Found it through my insurance and because it was so close to my work. Everyone here was very friendly and the place is very neat and clean. They have a huge selection on designer glasses which I loved. It’s quiet and very relaxed inside. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I did a search for optometrists in my city and this place came up. I decided to look into it more on Unilocal and saw that every review was a 5 star, when I scheduled an appointment and walked in the office was very pleasant.
They have a wide variety of very nice frames, but mostly name brand. The staff is extremely nice, and informative. Corina is the sweetest at the front desk. Both Dr. Emily Wang & Dr. Vivian Shih are great! I was scheduled with Dr. Wang, and I’m happy with that. She is by far the most informed eye doctor I’ve ever visited! I’ve been to Lens Crafters a number of times and never ever received the experience and treatment that I did here, I’ve also been to Vision Max in Baldwin Park but I won’t be going back there ever. I’m here to stay at InFocus :).
Keep in mind that this is all a process and you will have to visit a couple times if you’re getting fitted for contacts.
They have great updated technology here, and it’s a very comfortable environment for all.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions either it’s their job to know.

Absolutely great! I had an old pair of glasses that broke and was in need of new frames as well as a new prescription, and needed them quickly since I was unable to see well enough to do my work without them. No worries, they got me in the same day, did the eye exam, picked out new glasses and they were delivered a couple days later. I was so thankful they got me in and all set so quickly — and the new prescription is great!

If I could give this office 10 stars, I would. Let me start by saying I have seen both Dr. Wang and Shih. They are both amazing. Seriously great personalities, they make you feel comfortable and cared for the whole exam. Each part of the exam was explained and never rushed. The timing is good here too, I have never had to wait around. Even my 3 & 5 year olds love coming to the office. Equipment is state of the art, office recently renovated and looks great! We love Suzy! She is so sweet and patient. She thoroughly explains the testing and results. My favorite thing about this office is that I trust them. I have never felt a pushy, upselling vibe. They give you the facts and your options and let you be in control of your own decisions. Each one of the ladies makes this a GREAT office!

Dr. Wang has been my optometrist for many years now. I keep going back to her because she is very good. She’s professional, thorough, genuinely concerned and proactive. Her staff is polite and friendly. The facility is clean. What else can you ask for? I’ve recommended her to several family members and friends and they all love her as well.

Woohoo! As good as it gets! Dr. Wang is the best. I used to just go to Costco, or find the cheapest place. But now, thanks to Dr. Wang, I see much better. You will notice, the place is new and super clean. They have all the latest equipment. You just know you are getting the very best personal care and attention. Not too much I need to say, I just have to agree with all the other great reviews.

Such a dedicated, kind, and patient doctor! Emily Kuo Wang, OD takes the time to listen to concerns, answer questions, and explain the procedures that she will be performing. This Eye Doctor is a fantastic !! and really goes the extra mile to make sure that her patients are comfortable. Happy to say this company is a five star in my book.

If you’re trying to find a great optometrist, then Dr. Emily Wang is the answer! She’s professional, prompt, friendly, and takes the time to address all of my concerns. Her office is clean and uses the latest technology. Plus, I have gotten great results from her vision care. As a longtime wearer of glasses and contact lenses, I’ve been to many optometrists in the past. The team at InFocus Vision definitely stands out above the rest. I can feel a little overwhelmed by the process of selecting new frames, especially since they have so many fashionable choices. Luckily, their optician Rosie was there to the rescue. Last time, she picked a great frame for me on her first try! I’ve been going to InFocus Vision since they opened their doors. I won’t go anywhere else. Now my boyfriend goes there, too! Highly recommend!

Dr. Wang was recommend by a family and a friend 8 – 9 years ago. My husband I used to live in Duarte so we went to her because it was convenient also. That’s not the main reason anymore after we went to see her the first time … Now, we see her yearly and will never go to another eye doctor because she is just: attentive (listens for sure), personable, nice… And many many more positive traits as a doctor and human being. Come see her! And she only employs good people too. Come see for yourself! You will love her and Rosie, her assistant. 5 stars all the way!!! Oh, forgot to mention… Glasses selections are awesome too!!!
