We provide Personal Chef services and Catering, including menu planning, preparation and service staff for special events 2 to 250 guests. For over 14 years, Chef Loretta has been providing Personal Chef Services all throughout the community. These services are great for busy families, couples or single folks that don’t cook, don’t like to cook and are tired of the ordinary options.

Chef Loretta can provide dinner meals on a weekly, bi-​weekly or monthly basis. A full extensive menu is available at the website. Meals are customized to your dietary needs, be it low sodium, diabetic, vegan/​vegetarian or glu-​ten free, or perhaps you just want a delicious home cooked meal brought to you.

History

Established in 2000.

The business just celebrated it’s 13 year in business. Many clients have been with the business since 2003 as personal chef clients and since 2002 for catering clients.

I hired Loretta to cater a surprise birthday party for my wife. She handled the entire experience magnificently. Her attention to detail was exquisite – both in terms of helping me organize the event as well as executing flawlessly on the day of. I received numerous compliments on the quality of the cuisine – which was wonderful – and, most importantly, I was able to fully enjoy the party and release myself from worrying about the events going on in the background. Chefelle delivered a quality experience at a reasonable price.

There are lots of caterers out there to choose from. My recommendation? Choose this one! It isn’t just that her food is fantastic (because it is), it isn’t just that she is full service and thinks of everything you forgot, it isn’t just that she has an incredibly competent staff, and it isn’t just that she is a true professional. Chefelle is all these things wrapped up with a bow! Her boeuf Bourgogne is unbelievable, and what she can do with a lemon curd is truly amazing.
Even if you don’t think you need a caterer, try her once. You will never go back to trying to manage a party on your own. Goodbye pot luck! The value she delivers is worth the price of admission. I never enjoyed a party in my own home before I experienced Chefelle service. I did not realize what the different was.
I also travel a lot and the idea of having some personal chef treats and savory dishes waiting for me when I get home makes me oh so happy.
Enjoy! I taste her food and all I can say is «I’m not worthy!»

Awesome experience. Had a family event for 130 people. I interviewed 3 – 4 caterers before deciding on Chefelle.
Loretta the Chef in Chefelle asked the right questions. I mean I go to a caterer for their experience and expertise. When the chef asks me «How much food do you want?» I get real nervous. I don’t usually cook for 130 guests and that is why I am searching for a caterer. When the chef can tell me «You need this much to make it right» I’m a happy camper.
Loretta was super easy to work with. No pretense. Offered great suggestions, tailored the menu to the tastes of my crowd. Her wait staff was excellent., friendly, helpful and patient. Would use again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend.

Chefelle catering is amazing! I have used Loretta for two extremely important events. One was an Opening Night reception. Loretta and I sat down together and planned the menu. The night of our event, she and her staff arrived early and did everything. The food exceeded my expectations, especially her bacon wrapped dates, which were out of this world. I had guests raving about the food and asking for her business card. We also had Chefelle cater our child’s baptism reception and again the food and service our outstanding. I would use Chefelle Catering again in a heart beat. They are true professionals and the food as I said was delicious!

I’ve been using Chefelle Catering for many years now. I used to go through many different catering companies before I found Chef Loretta and her company. Since then she has catered all of our family parties/​celebrations, big and small. Chefelle has a full service staff that can assist the gathering, and they are both friendly and professional.
I have also used the Personal Chef service of Chefelle when I have had busy weeks when cooking lunches and dinners would have been too time consuming for me. Since I like to eat healthy, having this service available is wonderful.
The menu selection of Chefelle is quite impressive, with many options, so the food boredom factor never sets in.
Throughout the year, and holiday’s, Chef Loretta sends out emails offering appetizers and desserts available to purchase, which we take advantage of. Chefelle’s desserts are amazing!
