I absolutely adore Heather and her incredible competent staff that accompany her. This office is run efficiently and I always feel comfortable here. I love Dr. Bobb!

If you are one who is usually super anxious about visiting the dentist (like me), you will love Dr. Bobb!
She and her staff are so warm and friendly. Dr. Bobb is honest in her assessment of work that is needed and she and her assistants work quickly and efficiently together. I love being able to relax with a warm paraffin hand dip and soothing music on headphones while they are busy doing my dental work. My kids love going there as well.

After reading all the positive Unilocal comments I decided to give Dr. Bobb a try. I can’t say enough great things about this office! All the staff are so kind and considerate. I even got a paraffin wax treatment for my hands:) I can honestly say that I will no longer dread making my 6 month check up appointments. This place is the best!

Dr. Bobb’s office was highly recommended to me by several friends, and I was certainly not disappointed! I’m not sure I’ve ever gotten better service from a kinder group of people. Even before I came into the office for the first time, it was obvious that the staff was really intent on making my dental experience as solid as possible. I had some insurance confusion that took 15+ emails back-​and-​forth to resolve, and I was thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness and thoroughness I saw from Mona even as a non-​established patient. Once in the office, the excellent service only continued. I was given a tour and a chance to get acquainted with everyone and everything before being thrown in a chair. Elaine was SO considerate of my needs and comfort while cleaning, and the digital chart system was super neat. I’ve never felt so informed about the cleaning and exam process and I was surprised at how much I valued being involved. I’ve been in many dentist’s and orthodontist’s chair in my years and always thought that I knew a lot about my teeth, but Dr. Bobb and Elaine really brought me up to speed! It was an enlightening and totally enjoyable experience, which is not something I ever expected to say of a trip to the dentist. I’d say I can’t wait to go back, but that would be pushing it.

We have been patients of Heather’s ever since we moved to Dripping Springs 7 ½ years ago. Not only is she an excellent dentist, she is a special person who takes pride in her family and her office, and has become a good friend. The staff who work with her are professional and caring; it is obvious that they all feel like part of a team whose goal is to provide the best dental service anywhere.

Welcoming, Attentive, Patient, Present, Informative… WOW did I just come from the dentist?

We have been using Dr. Bobb for 5 years! We actually moved about 30 miles away and we have been doing the drive to see her still due to her honesty, compassion, awesome team and friendliness. Everyone has a smile there! Everyone is so upbeat and seems to love their job. Dr. Bobb will only do work that is needed and always takes the conservative routes to treatment. She is compassionate and takes all the time in the world with you. The office is clean and they have toys for the kids to play with. My kids LOVE going to see her! I can’t say enough good things.

We have used this office for two different time periods: Once because this office was a provider for our insurance and this last year because she is our dentist of choice. In between we had to use a chain provider as req’d by our previous Cigna dental insurance.
Right now we do not have dental insurance but do continue our cleanings, etc. and we have chosen this office because they are pleasant, organized, and responsive. The unnamed chain told my husband and my son that they req’d periodontal treatments before cleanings and had other upcharges. My son did not even have bleeding with flossing so I thought that was suspicious, espec. since they had told my husband the same and he flosses regularly, although he does not go to the dentist regularly (bad husband) So back to Bobb we went and sure enough, no horrible periodontal disease and he got a cleaning. Since then they have helped with emerging wisdom teeth. They made a temporary modification to his retainer until those teeth completely emerge and we will revisit. My son hates going to the dentist but has done fine at Bobb’s office with a couple of different techs and with Dr. Bobb. I have complete trust in them.
