Dripping Springs, TX
Canyon Pools and Spas constructed our pool, spa and connecting «river». The river was proven to leak. Canyon Pools and Spas refused to even try to repair the leak. I was able to have another pool contractor repair at additional cost to me. I took them to Small Claims Court to recover the cost of the repair and received a Judgement against Canyon Pools and Spas. To this date, no payment to me has been made.
UPDATE: Hays County Constable served a Writ on the Contractor and I received payment!
