Shane saved my ass big time! On my first cross country bike trip, and ended up in the middle Texas hill country with a broken chain and no extra quick links on a Saturday afternoon. I called multiple bike shops including one that I believe was much closer to me at the time but they were all closed. Shane called me back and explained that he was in the middle of renovating his new home and moving his family and that he had been running the shop on limited hours during that time. He was obviously well occupied with important things in life. He ended up calling me back a few minutes later and offered to pick me up off the side of the road and repair the chain. He even offered me camping! In no way would I ever expect this kind of graciousness but knowing there are people like Shane out there makes me want to travel more.

We dropped off our 3 Kona mountain bikes for a much needed tune up. We were in a rush as the Texas Parks were going to film us the next afternoon at Pedernales Falls State Park. Shane was able to bring all bikes up to like new condition by the time we needed to pick them up for the ride and they rode perfectly!
Highly recommended.

Dropped my mountain bike off for a much needed tune up and not only did they do a great job at a super reasonable price… but they even washed it and had it looking brand new!
Definitely recommend this shop and what’s great is, for those of us who are out west I no longer need to drive all the way into Austin.
