Boot Camp DS specializes in bring the athlete out in everyone. Low-impact, injury-resistant exercises allow people to get back in shape with minimum risk of injury. The intensity is regulated but you can push yourself in this group workout setting.
If you are looking to get back in shape, THIS is the program for you. We use TRX suspension training systems and Concept 2 Rowing Machines as the primary exercises. Each workout has a warm up, an orientation to the workout, a 15 – 30 minute workout and a cool down stretch period.
History
Established in 2014.
We were looking for a program that met the needs of a large community of athletes in the Dripping Springs area. Specialized fitness that is low impact and small enough classes to enable a coach to work with each athlete during the workout. TRX and Concept 2 rowers are ideal for recovering from injuries due to the very low impact movements involved. After seeking out rowing coaches in Austin and obtaining certification in the TRX systems, we feel that the combination of these two primary exercises and incorporating a variety of other exercises was the perfect combination we needed.
I suffered an injury in the past and my doctor suggested only low-impact exercises for me. This program is fantastic for me and you will also love it!

I am local Dripping Springs resident for 12 years now! My passion is encouraging and supporting others meet and obtain their fitness and nutrition goals. I’ve been teaching various forms of indoor & outdoor fitness classes for over 10 years.
I’m a wife and mom and I understand the challenges and difficulties of maintaining a consistent workout schedule and good, healthy nutrition regimen when juggling many different schedules, tasks, carpools, etc. I’m here as your fitness coach and trainer to encourage you and cheer you on as you stay committed to a fitness program. You’ll feel energized and better able to keep up with your kids and hectic schedules while fueling your body with good, clean eating.
At Boot Camp DS, we keep the workouts varied, exciting, and challenging through indoor rowing, TRX, and core & strength training.
