It’s a lovely place to eat with lots of friendly faces. The burgers are delicious and the fries are awesome.

Good food, good fries. Sauce that came with was interesting but I enjoyed it. It’s a classic taste that you’ll miss when you leave town. Had the double basin burger. It was just classically tasty!

No frills, but certainly edible. I would not choose this as a destination meal, but for quick on the go and cheap. $ 6 for a burger and fries is unbeatable in this Valley. Get exactly what you want on your burger. I would skip the shakes, syrup blends and more ice than cream. Any size soda for 99¢, all the way up to 64oz!

When you go to Basin Burger you should know one thing and one thing only, its a basic burger. I love this place after going to Grand Targhee for the day. You won’t be wowed if you set out to find the best burger in the west(Try The Brakeman down in Victor), but you also won’t pay an arm and a leg. They share soda machines with the gas station so the size of the cups are huge. Fries here are always good(again nothing special) and my girlfriend loves the fry sauce.

Very disappointed in both the quality of the food and the lack of cleanliness during food prep. Actually had to request the employee to wash their hands after cleaning up since no gloves where used for either cleaning or food handling. Order was messed up adding to disappointment. Ordered a burger with everything less mayo add mustard and got a plain, greasy patty with nothing but mustard. Yuck. Will not be returning.

The place is gross… I have tried it twice and both times I want to puke. The food is terrible and they don’t keep the place clean, especially while making the food. Not once have I seen someone clean their hands before cooking. Would not recommend it at all.

While you’re always taking a gamble when you try eating at a gas station, I hit the jackpot with Basin Burger. I had an outstanding lunch here; my burger was huge, juicy, fresh, and loaded with my choice of fixings(jalapeños, onions, pickles, and cheese). My downloaded photo says it all – delicious. Their menu is simple and straightforward: burgers, chicken sandwiches, and hot dogs. Since you can pick from so many toppings, you get to design your own burger or sandwich. The bun was also very tasty and substantial, not the standard weak bun you get at a chain restaurant. The fries are thick cut and seasoned just right. They also have fry sauce, which gives you a nice taste of the local Idaho/Utah«food culture.» If you’re looking for a quick burger on the run, you can’t beat this place. It’s another one of those hidden discoveries that makes dining on the road so much fun.
