Thief. Danby dishwasher under warranty, Rodney said it still required a $ 60 service fee. I gave him a check and he never came back to fix dishwasher. After getting the runaround about waiting for part when I could get him on the phone (usually he did not answer and did not return calls) I gave up after several months. I called Danby and they said there should never have been a fee and the part was in stock and available. Another provider came out and did the job. This guy should be arrested.

He was doing warranty work for my new avanti oven. Showed up on first appointment. He ordered the part and it mane in a week later. After 3 weeks and 5 no show appointments he finally showed up with wrong part. As of 3÷1÷16 has part hasn’t shown up. Blames it on the employees and the office that I believe that doesn’t not exist. Bottom line buy a national brand appliance the cares of the customers

Horrible… never returns your phone calls and takes forever to fix problem. This was the service company listed for Danby on their book. Very unprofessional. They fixed my fridge finally after 6 weeks and it broke again in less than 2 months. I supposedly had warranty on that part for 90 days. Rodney said he ordered my part, but I’m sure you know how this story ended!!! Needless to say, I wasted my money and the fridge is still broke.
