History

Established in 2015.

Chef Miguel Marti Rossello was born in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, on October 1961. His childhood was spent around the sea port. His father and grandfather were fisherman always showing a passion for Mediterranean food.

In 1979 Miguel graduated from the culinary school Hosteleria De Mallorca, Spain.

In 1982 he opened his first restaurant called «Ses Roques» in Mallorca .

In 2011, after many successful business ventures, Miguel was asked to come to the US, to become the chef. for a restaurant in Philadelphia. In February Miguel opened Torero Restaurant In Drexel Hill, PA.

Nacio en Palma de Mallorca. (Espana} en Octubre de 1961, vivio y crecio muy cerca del puerto pesquero, hijo de padre marinero y abuelo pescador siempre demostro pasion por la comida mediterranea.

En el ano 1979 ingresa en Escuela de Hosteleria Illes Balears graduandose como chef de cocina y en el ano 1982 emprende el reto de abrir su propio restaurante (SES ROQUES) en el cual se desarrolla como chef y propietario,
