I only come here because it isn’t far from my apartment. Other than that, I wouldn’t come here…
Good:
1) The woman that works here is very nice and tries to get to know everyone that comes in.
2) Although I have never used this service, you can bring in your laundry, the staff does it for you & you can pick it up later in the day when it is finished. (I have never used this service before, so I can not judge how effective or thorough this service is.)
Bad:
1) It seems as though HALF of the washers and dryers are broken and they never get fixed!
2) The machines take half of your quarters and the machines constantly jam.
3) Don’t attempt to put 1 load of laundry in 1 dryer. It won’t dry! If you want to try doing this and the owner catches you, she will tell you to remove half of your load and has another dryer. However, she will watch you out all of your laundry in the dryer and THEN tell you to divide it into 2 loads
4) There is NO space. You are always trying to avoid other people/​laundry baskets/​carts, etc. It’s like you are walking in a maze
5) DO NOT leave dryer sheets or laundry detergent here!!! PEOPLE WILL STEAL THEM!!!
