XFINITY Store

Worst customer service ever!!! Can’t call the store directly to find out what I need to bring in. Phone number listed goes to regional call center and after 5 minutes of what they call is a faster way to get to the info you need they hand you over to a flunky who then asks for the same info you already submitted over the phone! I tell them all I need is a local phone number but they insist on needing my account info first. What a joke! Afterward they then give me the same phone number I just called which doesn’t get me to the store. Waste of time!!!

Told I was buying the best package for the money. Then the tech comes and tells me that I could get more for the same price. Same olé Comcast crappy wherever you go.

Awesome customer service. Came in to return a box and the guy helped us get a cheaper and better plan than what we already had.

One hour on the phone and my issue is still not resolved. The first Comcast associate hung up on me. I’m currently on my third time supplying the same information and am very doubtful of a resolution. There is no hand-​offs between departments and they just dump you over to the next associate. I am going to fry them on their survey that I have opted into twice now…

Come here on a weekday, before 4 o’clock and you may not have suicidal desires when you leave. I’ve been to the Xfinity stores before and I’ve waited an hour and a half just to return equipment that I never asked for in the first place. When I made the trip this time, I left work for lunch, and came here when I felt everyone else would be working. I still waited 18 minutes, but it’s far better than 90 minutes… it’s all subjective I guess… I miss my mom.

I visited the store on 06÷25÷15, I worked with Kyle Norman.
Usually when I need to figure something out with Comcast/​Xfinity I can call in and get it worked out. I made three attempts to get a billing question answered by calling in. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it figured out over the phone. I took a few minutes and stopped into the store, I had an exceptional experience and wanted to share it.
When I went in to visit, I was greeted by someone at the entrance and also by a rush of cold air. They keep this office nice and cool, the day I visited the temp outside was in the 90s. So I loved the fresh and cool greeting of an Oasis like air conditioned store.
I’m not sure if my timing was just perfect, I was able to speak with a rep within a minute. We pulled up my account and I explained what I was trying to figure out. The rep listened and didn’t interrupt or cut me off. After I finished my explanation, the rep said something along the lines of… «let’s get you taken care of.» Simple as that, we did talk about a few other products they were offering but I insisted I only wanted what I had. Kyle got me fixed up and recommended that I visit the store and he insisted that I would always receive this level of service. I made time that day and the next day to bring my Dad and my Father In-​law into the store and worked with a different rep one of the times.
I’m not sure what is so special about this location but they seem focused on providing great service. If you are an existing customer and you want to feel the love, I highly recommend visiting this location!
Yes, I know I wish you could get the same level of service everywhere. I’m just letting you know, this is the place to go if you want a WOW Comcast/​Xfinity experience.

I was very upset with the level of call center service (or lack thereof) that I had received from Comcast/​Xfinity over the phone on several occasions. So many empty promises made, so many calls back to me that never ended up happening. I saw that we had a local xfinity location, so I decided to go in and discuss in person.
Had I known what I know now, I would have gone into this store a long time ago. While my particular issue was fairly complex, 30 minutes in the store with both Chris and the store manager set things straight. These associates work very hard to right the wrongs that the call center staff creates. They are very personable, and did all that they could to keep my business. I was very impressed, and will go to this store in person any time I have issues in the future. Thank you for your help!

I had the best customer service here. The kind gentleman I worked with helped me out so much and kept me from spending $ 400+. He really helped me out and I very much appreciate his customer service. What a great way to treat your customers!

Comcast can give you some great deals to start with but then they change how they bill you with no notice or email. I did a deal without a contract, and I feel it was a good deal, but basically I was told because I am not on a contract they increased my bill by 70 bucks. I would of liked some options to fix the problem. Possible a notice in the mail or email would have been nice. But my bill came and it was a huge surprise. However their conflict resolution was horrible as well.
I don’t want to judge the nice people here based on billing issues, however most consumers expect employees to explain services of the company they represent. I guess Xfinity feels they are big enough to stop caring about people.
Being nice does not make up for poor information or lack of information about services or future services.
Before you decide to go with Comcast or Xfinity, I would see what other options are available for you first.
