After 20 years as an accountant Mindy was looking for a new and exciting outlet for her creativity. «I wanted to do something creative that would make others happy.»

As a co-​owner of a landscaping company, Mindy has strength in operating and start up businesses. A mother of 5 children with 2 still at home Mindy is always on the go. She is actively involved in her community, she is a Scout leader and has run the South Valley Baseball Snack Shake for 3 years. In her free time she enjoys travelling with her husband.

Mindy is a recent graduate from the Utah School of Floral Design which has turned her love of floral into a skill. «Landscaping make the outside of a home beautiful, The Cottage Yarrow will help make the inside beautiful.»
