Techna Glass

I got a couple rock chips on my 6 month old truck windshield and have always used Techna Glass for rock chip repair. I stopped into the Draper location and purchased a lifetime chip repair membership. They were very helpful and quick to get the work done. It was a pleasure to not have to wait around and deal with cranky staff which has been my experience in the past. I will make sure to come back to this location for my next visit.

Walked in and they fixed my rock chip for fee because the person who owned my car before me got the windshield at TechnaGlass! Also, I’ve been hearing a rattling in the driver door since I bought the car. Mentioned it, the employee took my door apart and put a bunch of screws in that were missing causing the door to rattle.

I was early for my appointment they got started on my car quickly. They had me billed out and paper work done before the car was. The pricing was great almost half the price of Safelite. I did have to call them back multiple times to get my pricing finalized that was a wast of time. But that was the call center not the store.

Apparently my time doesn’t matter! I made an appointment that was confirmed with a phone call the week prior. My appointment was at 11:00am. At 11:45 they said my window replacement had not arrived. I wondered what the point was of making an appointment. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the delivery guy so they sent one of their guys to go pick it up. I waited another 45 minutes (in a non-​airconditioned room) before my window arrived. The total time was almost 2 hours. When I paid, they didn’t have the right change and the girl had a hard time figuring it out. It was a very unprofessional environment. They only compensation was $ 10 off and windshield wipers.

Best service I ever have! I changed the front shield glass last year. It been rocked last month and they repaired for me for free. Today, the ruby band is kind loose, I came to their store ask them help me to glue it. They exchanged a new band for me as well as a new shield glass for free! Would recommend to all my friends!

Went in for a new windshield and was very impressed with the service. I had a crack that would not let me pass inspection. These guys did a good job. I walked my family over to Chik Fil A and waited there for a while. Once we were back the vehicle was done and we were off in about an hour.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to get a stone chip repaired, and we were in and out within 20 mins. They did a great job, quick and hassle free.

Ordered a windshield for my car at this location since apparently my cracked windshield that passed safety by the state of Utah last year didn’t pass this year (even though it has not grown). Anyways I drove up to Draper risking a ticket for expired registration, and waited about 45 minutes before being notified that they don’t even have my windshield in. Tried to be understanding, and just remarked my appointment for today (1÷16÷15). Called them today to see if they had received my windshield and sure enough they did. Appointment I scheduled was for 11. While on phone I asked if I’m still good to go in @ 11… Guy said my appointment was marked as 12:00. Ha ha! Glad I asked. Seriously been a head ache.

Ugh, just take your broken windshield or window to another place especially if you’re paying out of pocket unless you don’t care about your time or the professionalism of the place you’re giving your money to. If those don’t matter, then by all means, go here.

Great experienced staff. They did such a good job replacing my windshield. No mess!!!

This is a decent place to get a new windshield or have your rock chips repaired… I personally have done both at this location.
Their service is decent and they do good work replacing or repairing windshields.
There’s really not much else to say. How much fun can you have at a place that you were compelled to visit because some idiot spun a rock at your windshield doing 60+ miles per hour… or worse, smashed your windshield on purpose?

This place is horrible! I booked a replacement windshield service online. The website gives you a price for the service. Shortly, Kirsten calls and tells me the price will be higher because the website didn’t include the molding. When the technician shows up, his price is $ 100 more, which I said no to. After we get the pricing agreed to, the tech says he doesn’t have all the parts he needs and can’t do the work. Someone will come back the next day. Kirsten calls again and asks to schedule the work in two days so they have time to get the parts. Ok, fine. The tech comes in one day when i am not home and no one shows up on day 2. Raised the price twice, showed up without the parts they needed, didn’t show up on the correct day for the rescheduled appointment. This place has horrible customer service and doesn’t know what they are doing. I do not recommend the business.

The most unprofessional service I have ever had! I went in for a rock chip repair and it took them 45 minutes. That wasn’t even with waiting time, that’s them actually fixing it. The guy doing the front desk was busy and when people would fill out their forms, he would leave them sitting out so other customers could see and then walk away. Never again!
