Great steak and ribs. Awesome service and very abundant portions. Don’t pay attention to the 3 star ratings those folks were rating the old Christopher’s at this location. This place is great and would love to see them succeed.

had dinner at the bar this evening. while it is recently turned over ownership and they are still working out the kinks this place is terrible. Had the bone in ribeye for $ 40 and a couple glasses of red (very limited options– mostly poor) they couldn’t get it right. It’s the second time i’ve been there in 3 weeks. Service is «mediocre» and the food is poor. Asked for a medium rare plus and it was firmly medium/​well done. The mashed potatoes were cold and the popovers, that they serve to start off and, most likely a signature of the place, were cold and unappetizing. I asked for some warm replacements and told that’s all they had — it was 6 p.m. they are really not ready for prime time and the kitchen really needs to get its act together. Stay away until they do!

If I could give it less I would. Terrible place from the signs to the staff to the furniture to the horrific food. The poor servers even know that they are serving trash. This place will last maybe a couple weeks. Stay the hell away from it.

Recently opened where Christopher’s used to be. Christopher’s should come back. Not many people there, yet the service was slow. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered tonight’s special, which was a beef filet with sauteed mushrooms, mashed potatoes and corn cob. My filet should have been medium rare but was closer to medium well. Pretty sure the corn was frozen and just run over the grill to give it a seared look. The potatoes were cold. My friend ordered the same entrée and had to send her steak back because it was so over cooked. The second attempt wasn’t any better. At least they took her entrée off the bill.
I know they are just starting out and getting set up, but the feel of the restaurant was more up scale fast food than a dine in restaurant. Very economy décor. Kind of depressing.
The lack of restaurants in this area is sad. This restaurant doesn’t make the situation any better. I won’t be recommending it or returning. Very disappointing.

We tried Memphis Jack’s two days in a row. First on Friday night for the early bird special and then the next morning for a Mother’s Day brunch for our party of ten.
Dinner was excellent. We had the ribs and chicken strips and the Creole Medallions of Beef. Both meals were great. We were very impressed by the quality and variety on the menu. More varied than Christopher’s (the former restaurant in the same location), and less expensive.
The Mother’s Day brunch was really nice. A great variety of dishes from traditional breakfast to burgers to chicken fried chicken. All served with delicious biscuits and gravy, fruit and cinnamon popovers.
We have a new favorite restaurant and can’t wait to try some of the other dishes.
