Came in to get only an emissions test. Three bays were full, but I was the only car in line. I waited an hour and a half. Stupid. I should have walked out. Unfortunately I was driving on expired plates and had to get it done. The crew didnt seem to be the most competent. I will never be back.

Wouldn’t trust the work done on my car at this place. All I asked to be done to my car was for them to look at the inside walls of my tires to make sure there was not any noticeable wear that I needed to be aware of. That is what caused me to get a flat on my previous tires.
I am escorted to the waiting room and told it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I am told it is done. So I double check with him to see if it was done correctly. And what do you know, they didn’t even look at the area of the tire that I had described (and pointed out) to the first guy that came to assist me. All they ended up doing was checking the tread depth.
In my 30 minutes of waiting, 3 other customers that had come in AFTER me had their cars started to be worked on before mine, and they did not have set appointments. Is it really that hard to check what i was asking? It amazes me that people bother to come here. Or, for that matter, trust what is being done to their cars.

This place is bad, and the staff is totally unprofessional. I dropped my vehicle off for an emissions inspection and oil change and specifically told them to call me when they finished or had any questions. 4 hours went by and no phone call. I returned 15 minutes before they closed, where they informed me that their emissions inspector isn’t working, but my oil change was complete. I was annoyed since now it was too late to take it to a different location, I would now have to spend another Saturday arranging my busy life to deal with the inspection. When I asked them why they didn’t call me like we agreed, the guy rolled his eyes and said «Saturday’s are really busy». Wow, just wow. He then tried to charge me for the emissions test and said to just show them my receipt next time I was in and it would be free. Again, wow. I will never return, plenty of other places out there which are cheaper and more professional.

Worst service ever. They told me it would take 20 min to get a rock chip repair. I waited 40 min and then went to find someone. Waited another 20 before someone would talk to me then they told me they had done nothing.

I always come here for oil changes. They are honest and very hospitable. Sometimes as a woman at a car place you feel like they are trying to pull one over on you at the mechanic. Never felt that way here.

Women beware! Took my 2 year old truck in for an emmissions test. They told me my battery did not pass and I needed a new battery. Of course they offered to put one in for me. I declined and took my truck to the dealer and they said my battery was fine, that my battery was at 95 percent. Won’t ever go there again.

Crap service! Walked In for safety inspection on my ford car. Every guy in the place has tattoos and sagging pants. They smell of cigaret smoke and sit in your car stinking it up. They failed my car for a stupid third light that my car doesn’t even come factory with. and charged me for the inspection. I guess i am just used to helpful shops who don’t see you as cattle passing though their shop. Support your small time auto shops. Jiffylube is a Joke!!!

I took my car for a safety inspection. In my opinion they were dishonest. I will not go here again.

The service wasn’t bad, they tried to up sell me on everything. But when I had time a few months later to change my oil, I found they had overtorqed the oil plug to the point the bolt was nearly stripped. When I went to take off the filter it nearly fell off. Don’t want them touching my car again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. If you like being asked to up sell 1,000 times and be met with horrible quality work, this is the place for you!
