Ghaffar Nasim Phys

First, trying to get a hold of this office is nearly impossible. The hours of operation state that they are open and when I call goes right to voicemail. I’m extremely angry with the way they do business. Dr. Ghaffar prescribes Ibuprofen for anything I go in there for does not even know what’s going on. She never gives me an answer the physicals are not complete I DO NOT recommend them, also if your appointment is for 9:30 chances are you won’t get in the room till 10:30 and won’t be seen till 11:30.

I went to this office for over 15 years. The waiting room was always packed and wait time was ridiculous. People would walk out. I never felt they truly cared and I was misdiagnosed a couple times. Nasim has given me attitude on multiple occasions. I switched doctors and they refused to send my records over. I had to battle for 3 years just to find out they destroyed all my records in 2007. All my records from 1997 – 2007. Illegally. I filed a complaint with the MA board of registration and health. I talk to the multiple people in the office about the law and they all argued with me. I printed it and and brought it in the office manager, Pat I think. She still argued with me. They think it is every 7 years they can destroy records. They destroyed my records when I was still a patient there!!! How does that make sense? They did not think they would have to go back even a year if anything happened to me? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in many ways and they seem to not know the LAWS! I would NEVER recommend this Nasim Ghaffar or her husband (who got on the phone at one point and argued with me also about the law). This was a horrible experience and I have no records now for my whole life.
