Verizon Wireless – Your Wireless

Went in to add a line to my existing plan, all of the staff was helpful and polite. Unfortunately I was accidentally over charges for the phone. I didn’t notice and probably wouldn’t have until Brian called me within 15 minutes of leaving the store and informed me of the mistake. They asked me to come back in to get my refund back in my card. They easily could have overlooked this but instead did the right thing and saved me over $ 150. Great store! Highly recommended!

This place is awful. I have never left a business yelling at a manager — but I did today. The poor employees act like Zombies. They are good people, but the manager seems like an overbearing idiot. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
First, let me say, that this store «portrays» itself as a Verizon store. All the coloring design, etc. would tell you that. It is not a corporate store — it is Your Wireless!!! However, you rarely see the name Your Wireless posted anywhere obvious inside the store. You can see from the pictures below, everything shows Verizon Wireless (Premium Retailer). This is the first indication of how shady this place is.
My three kids, my wife and I went into the store (Your Wireless) today, to upgrade our phones and add a new line. We also wanted to start with Verizon’s edge plan. Three of the four existing lines were up for upgrade, but one was off cycle. This was due to my daughter losing her phone back in July, and we took an early upgrade to get her a replacement phone. At the time (July), I told the sales guy (Mike) that in January, I would want to get the phones all on the same 2yr. cycle again, and he honorably explained that, to do so, we would have to pay a $ 300 cancellation fee on my daughter’s new contract. We understood, and that’s what we expected to hear (and pay) today. However, Diamond (the manager) told us my daughter could not cancel her contract and join the Edge plan at all. This was not an option and she would have to stay on her existing plan — separate from the rest of the family
Before I even got a chance, my daughter (who is usually pretty reserved) told the store manager «Diamond» that, that was not what his sales guy told us. Diamond was already somewhat rude and brash, but when my daughter and I suggested that his store had sold us the phone in July under false pretenses, he immediately became belligerent. He told us we should have read «all» the documents we signed when we bought the phone — WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS MANAGER DOES THAT??? Diamond also said the Mike was fired because he made too many mistakes. AGAIN, WHO DOES THAT??? He was basically saying that the word of his employee’s meant nothing, and «buyer beware» in his stores. Although I am happy with «„Verizon’s“ service, I quickly decided there was no way my family was going to buy a phone at this store.
I immediately went home and called Verizon and spoke with David. He quickly explained that Diamond was wrong, and that all we had to do to get out of my daughter’s phone contract, was pay the $ 300. So, we went a few miles down the road to the Warrington Verizon ‘corporate» store, We had no problems whatsoever, and the manager actually waived the $ 300 cancellation fee, and was happy to get all five of us on the Edge plan.
It was during my time in this store, when they explained that the store I was in earlier (Your Wireless), is not an actual Verizon Corporate store. Honestly, this was the first time I learned this. However, so many things became clear when I did learn it.
I couldn’t believe any respectable business (Verizon) would ever say, «you should have read your paperwork» — despite what the employee said. He was basically telling my daughter and I we were lying. No respectable business responds this way. Also, when we were preliminarily discussing phones, Diamond did not have the color we wanted, so he said he would just take one from another person’s order — … I would have never done this, but didn’t get the chance to object because we left. This also reminded me, that back in July, when we purchased my daughter’s replacement phone, she wanted a screen protector. They didn’t have any and were going to steal one from a new «for sale» case on the rack, and give it to us. My daughter and I objected, and he put it back. We should have learned our lesson then…
Look at Jordan C. and Evelyn D.‘s comments. The owner watches employees with a closed circuit camera, and calls to berate them. AGAIN, WHO DOES THAT??? Look at Jordan’s comments about the employee behaviors. It is no wonder the employee’s grumble. I feel bad for them, and anyone who shops in this store is just perpetuating a bad situation. In fact, it is so bad, that when Diamond and I started yelling today, his employees didn’t even raise their heads in acknowledgement. It is almost as though this was a common occurrence and they were apathetically used to it now.
Don’t risk the bad service and experience. Go a few more miles to the Verizon Corporate store in Warrington. Hopefully, Your Wireless will go out of business and leave Doylestown…

Fantastic place to go!!! This was my first experience in retailer, not a verizon Corporate store. Why do I make this distinction? Because when you walk into a Verizon corporate store, sales staff and tech people just walk around goofing off and not helping customers. I really hate Verizon customer service and their corporate stores are a confirmation of why. But this retail location was just great. They gave us personalized service. My son’s old phone was cooked. We ordered new phones, and the phone my son wanted was out of stock at the moment. It was to be shipped to the location in a few days. No matter — the store manager, Sunil, was very helpful and gave us a «loaner» phone until the new phone arrived. He activated and programmed the loaner free of charge. When the new phone came, that was activated and put in service seemlessly. Also gave us generous discounts on accessories. Highly recommended merchant, will definitely return to this location the next time we need phones. I don’t know what the review written by «Jordan C» is all about, and why he is so unhappy, but we were very pleased, and other customers seemed to be satisfied when they left.

Went in to purchase a few iPhone 6 phones.
The knowledge and service was great.
They alerted me to a $ 200 trade-​in I could get from Verizon for my older phones, which I was unaware of. With clear instructions how.
They had a good stock of cases for the 6, but more importantly were very knowledgable about each brand of case, and allowed me to open up each package and test the case.
They also are giving me a $ 50 gift toward any item in their store — so the case is free, essentially. (When my phone finally arrives).
If you’re looking to buy accessaries at the lowest price, buy online. If you want the opportunity to see what your getting and walk out with it, go to a retail store.

Much more helpful than other stores i have been too.

The staff, especially Brian, was extremely helpful. However, the store manager was out for the day, but was watching them on the closed circuit camera and kept calling to see what was going on. His constant calls were actually interrupting the two workers from getting their job done. It was very annoying as a customer.
