This place is the best add your topping frozen yogurt place. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they have 12 unique ice cream flavors and way too many topping options. This place is a hit! If you are reading this and thinking about going… Stop reading and start going. You will not be disappointed. My family is loving it right now. Some outdoor seats are available as well.

Stopped into Swede’s Frozen Yogurt today for the first time and was very impressed. Sandy was very personable and took the time to explain the whole self-serve yogurt set-up they have and offered me samples. The yogurt is more flavorful than I expected! I had the Cable Car Chocolate twisted with Irish Mint today. Can’t wait to go back again. Sandy explained that they have at least two different flavors of sorbet available for those on a non-dairy diet to enjoy. They also have at least one sugar-free variety as well so those looking to control their blood sugar don’t feel left out either. There’s plenty of toppings to choose from as well. I wasn’t with any kids during my visit, but it’s easy to see how family friendly the place is. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I prefer Swedes over some of the other«serve your own» frozen yogurt places that have been popping up in town. The décor inside is fun and the service has been consistently friendly and helpful. The girls are always happy to let you sample some of the new flavors(they change often). I like the toppings better than other places I’ve seen as well. They have a few tables both inside and outside which is great. If I’m looking for frozen yogurt, I’d come back to Swedes.

We stumbled upon Swede’s in Doylestown on apparently it’s opening day. We were really pleasantly greeted by the girls working the cashier and were given the lowdown on their system very enthusiastically. Really sweet girls. The décor is fine, a little fun mirror for the kids and a pleasant seating area outside with benches and tables, even a dog water bowl. It is in a strip mall so it isn’t the most scenic place to sit, but it is nice to have the option of eating in or out. I also really liked how water is free from a water cooler. Lots of varieties of flavors, I tried Cake Batter topped with Kitkats and smores pieces. I found the whole bowl to be just sweet, not a lot of distinction in the flavors, it didn’t taste like kit kats or cake batter, but it may have been the combo I chose so I won’t knock them for that. I understand it is a chain and I tend to prefer private small business, but I am sure I will still be back.
