We specialize in all types of auto repair. Tires, brakes, suspension repair, wheel alignment, engine work, electrical and check engine light problems. Since 1939 we have been a family owned business serving Doylestown in all their auto repair needs.

History

Established in 1939.

My father Robert (known as Smitty) started out as a Texaco service station in 1939 with a case of oil and 500 gallons of gasoline to sell. It was a slow start, but hard work and quality service helped the business continue to grow. In the 1980’s I came to work with my father full time. We went out of the fuel business in 1989 and continued to do all types of auto repair. Twice I have added on since joining my father. we now have 6 service bays and a used car dealership at our location. Smitty retired at age 93 but still visits the shop from time to time.
