Went there last Friday with a close friend. Made our appointments about a month ago… maybe longer. We also decided on 2 treatments with lunch in between.
I had the Lomi Lomi massage and that was fantastic.
We had a great warm chicken wrap in the table area. Was very good. Then went for our next treatment. I had a Hungarian all natural facial. Also terrific.
Both the masseuse people were really sooo good. Seemed to really be knowledgeable and really ‘into’ what they were doing for you.
The afternoon was the best treat ever! Both of us love this day spa.

I had my first visit to this spa recently for a facial. The woman doing it could not have been nicer, the products smelled fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. When I booked with the receptionist she went through all of my treatment options, and it was additional $$ beyond the standard facial for extractions, which I desperately needed. Added a chemical peel, so the price is rising.
At the end of the day, the service was almost $ 200. The esthetician told me I really didn’t need extractions when I asked; I think she might not have done them had I not asked, since she did them after the peel, (never had in that order before, and I have 4 – 5 peels a year). So my issue with Serenity is that when I got home, I had to spend about 20 minutes doing extractions around my lip and nose area. At the end of the day I think I paid for the atmosphere and not the service, which is disappointing.

I had my facial with Kelly over a week ago and my face is still glowing!
Best massages and facials in the area-​I have kept coming back for years. If you want someone to love you, get them a gift card to this place-it’s so awesome.

returned for a facial! I’m always weary about getting a facial places because I have extrememly sensitive skin. However, after much coaxing I decided to make an appointment with kelly for an European facial and it was incredible! I’m not used to such pampering-​I could get used to this! My skin looks great, thanks Kelly!

I have to start off by saying that apparently things like this only happen to me. That being said. The spa was very nice. The staff was very polite. My friend and I wanted to have a girls day at the spa together. We both had the 90 minute massage. I had Michelle. She was very good. I then sat in the waiting area drinking complimentary tea and coffee until my next service. I sat for 45 minutes and no one even talked to me. I finally decided to go up to the main desk and find out what the holdup was. My manicure and pedicure had been erased from the system! I was devastated! The staff apologized for the mix up but didn’t make any effort beyond that to correct the problem. They merely said they might be able to give me a 20% discount for the massage I had already gotten. I sat and waited for yet another hour while my friend finished her treatments. She has been going there for years with no complaint and knows the owner well enough to tell him this was outrageous and ended up getting me my massage for free. Had the staff tried harder to accommodate me once they realized there was a problem I would have given a better review. But as they say, one’s true character is revealed only when a problem arises. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

The spa offers a wide variety of services. I recently got a pregnancy massage. Absolutely excellent! Also their spa pedicures are heavenly. I highly recommend Laurie. Overall the spa is peaceful and relaxing.
