Pig Art Graphics

I am terribly disappointed in the web design services I received from Pig Art Graphic Design. I had hired Tom to update my logo and Wordpress blog 2 years ago; I was initially pleased with his graphic design services; I had even written a recommendation for him on LinkedIn, as he reduced his fees to meet my ability to pay for services that exceeded our initial expectation.
To be honest, while Tom is capable and pleasant, I found that I needed patience to deal with his lack of urgency. I considered his low energy level to be a fair exchange for his low-​pressure approach. Unfortunately, his low energy has become an annoying and costly detriment.
At the end of 2013, I sought Tom’s advice in updating my Wordpress blog. He recommended that I sign-​up for the paid version of Akisment, an anti-​spam tool promoted by Wordpress. I did so, although I had not experienced spam as a problem.
Once I signed-​up for the paid version of Akisment, I was beseiged by spam: neither Akisment nor Tom would work together to resolve the problem. I repeatedly requested that Tom call me at specified times and/​or coordinate with the folks at Akismet (who do not work with customers by phone). He called me at times other than those I asked; he simply «threw-​up his hands» and said he was perplexed by the problem and didn’t know how to resolve it. After months of «the invasion» of spam from China among other sources, I hired another company to step-​in and resolve the problem. Within 48 hours, the problem disappeared.
Of course, I now owe another service provider $ 150 for his expertise in solving the problem that Tom should have resolved 4 months ago; I am also out-​of-​pocket for the money wasted on Akismet. Part of the lesson is, of course, «if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,» e.g., I did not need to sign-​up for Akismet. The other lesson is not to hire Tom Knoble of Pig Art Graphic Design for web design or support services…

I have used Tom Noble’s services for several years. Great guy and professional. Would highly recommend him, very trustworthy
