History
Established in 2009.
In 2005, after 25 years in the corporate world, I resigned from my full time job and went to work for myself, putting my internet skills to work on a full time basis. Today I own and operate six ecommerce sites as well as several other informational and non-profit sites. NetBizAssist.com was founded in 2009. It is a natural outgrowth of my decade plus of internet marketing and business experience.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
The founder of NetBizAssist.com is James Todd. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Nebraska. After graduating college he accepted a job with Pfizer Animal Health Products. A year later Mr. Todd was promoted to Product Manager of the $ 10 MM dollar parenteral product line. While working as a Product Manager, he developed a novel two tiered approach to competing with generic competition.
After 5 years with Pfizer, Mr. Todd was hired to work for the Liposome Company, a high tech, venture capital funded, pharmaceutical company. During his tenure at Liposome, Mr. Todd traveled to Japan regularly to license the company’s liposomal technology to the Japanese pharmaceutical industry.
In 1989, after Liposome was merged with another company, Mr. Todd took a position with a environmental testing and consulting company, where he worked for 15 years in a variety of compacities. He was one of three senior executives that managed and ran the day to day operations.
