I give it 1 star for promptness. Took my daughter’s dance costume to Modern Cleaners for the first time. Asked the seamstress to leave bottom band showing on crop top and take In a bit. The seamstress cut the entire band off and said that she didn’t hear us say that. Meanwhile we stopped by twice for fitting and clearly explained. In addition, the skirt was taken in by the waist and stitching is all crooked with loose threads hanging. Alterations were over $ 50 and she didn’t even feel bad or apologize. Since my daughter is competing in several competitions, we have to order a whole new costume. Not sure why the reviews are good. Perhaps the dry cleaning is better, but the place looks like a filthy warehouse. I will stick with Signature Cleaners from now on!

My wife went here for alterations. The woman was very efficient and fast. Only a few days wait and everything fit great. I believe they do same day alterations which could be a huge plus for some in need.

Came here to have a dress altered and they did a great job. No appointment needed, I was greeted and helped quickly and efficiently with politeness. My dress was ready in a few days (I had stated that there was no rush on the order) and it was altered to fit very well. Love it, we’ll be back!

These folks are great, I do a lot of business with them and I’m always satisfied. They do alterations also, so you can conveniently get pants hemmed and the like. They are always friendly too, makes dropping off and picking up clothes a pleasure.

I am a regular customer here and decided to right a review. They are always on time and everything including alterations are done on premises. I needed a pair of pants altered same day and they got it done in 2 hours! Amazing! Everyone there is extremely nice and really care!
