I am not one to leave a review, good or bad. However, I feel compelled to warn anyone that is considering becoming a patient of this «doctor». If you are a drug seeker, this would be the perfect place for you bc he will prescribe you anything you want. After he prescribed a friend of mine a stimulant that caused her to develop amphetamine psychosis, I called him and spoke with him directly. Without hesitation, he informed me the drug he prescribed her (against the law) and I told him how she was hallucinating and paranoid and admitted into a crisis center. I suggested to him to not prescribe the stimulant to her because she was experiencing a severe reaction to it. About a month later, after having to 302 her for a second time, I discovered that Dr Kondan was STILL prescribing her the the same stimulant at a very high dosage. Now that my friend is under a professional’s care, she is coming around to her old, normal self. «Doctors» like Dr Kondan, give the rest of the health professionals a bad name.
