Kevin is always quick to respond to any inquiry whether by phone or e-​mail, no matter the time of day or night. I initially e-​mailed Kevin late one evening inquiring about seeing a property. To my surprise, he contacted me the same night and immediately began working to understand what my husband and I were looking for and how he could assist us. He was always available to us when we needed him, no matter how small our question or concern was.
One of the great things about Kevin is that he is not a high pressure salesman. He genuinely wants to make sure that his client is satisfied with the purchase they are making. He showed us multiple houses, and rather than pushing us towards any particular house, he listened to our ideals, goals and preferences, showed us things that fit our vision and ultimately worked hard to get us the home we wanted. We had a particularly difficult seller, but Kevin did all that he could to make the transaction smooth and to ensure that deal went through. He shielded us from the difficult communications while still making sure that we knew where things stood at any given moment.
Another thing that is really great about Kevin is how much he knows about construction and home building. We ended up in a new construction home and although we had a home inspection, we already knew almost everything the inspector told us because Kevin had pointed them out and explained them to us while showing us the house. He made no representation of himself as a home inspector and in fact encouraged us to get an inspection. However, his knowledge was proven when the inspector walked us around the home re-​iterating much of what he had already said.
Aside from his real estate knowledge, Kevin is a just a nice guy and very easy to work with. He is very professional. We never felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke to us or to anyone else involved in the transaction. He is very punctual. He was always at our appointments before us, and we were on time. He is courteous, and he really gives his best for his clients. We never had any concerns that he was doing anything but his best for us. We would never hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who asks. If you are thinking about utilizing his services, just go ahead and give him a call. You won’t regret it.

My husband and I met Kevin at an open house in Washington Crossing, PA. We were looking for a realtor and wanted to meet the person before working with him/​her. We quickly discovered that Kevin had experience in the building industry and had developed a network of service providers who could help us with answering questions about a potential sale or conducting a needed survey/​inspection. Kevin was always quick to respond to our questions and we had many of them. We never had to wait long for him to respond to text messages, emails, and phone calls.
Kevin listened to what we said and was willing to wait to find the perfect house for us. He was patient and more concerned with our needs than with making a quick sale. Kevin also thought out of the box and, because of this, we found our new home. In summary, Kevin has a strong knowledge of the real estate, building, and service community. Not only was Kevin patient with the house-​hunting process, his experience and construction knowledge saved me many headaches. He knew what we should ask for during inspections, he knew what was worth walking away from, he was straight-​up with what was a good offer — and wasn’t afraid to tell me like it is. I’ll continue to sing more praise because of how he handled our closing. The closing process did not go well because of the sellers and their inexperienced agent. It could have been a nightmare, but Kevin insisted we get specific things in writing. Things I would have been wishy-​washy about, he was a stickler for — and it saved me major headaches and $$$. His follow-​up and call-​back time is impeccable. Honest, give him a call and watch how quickly he calls you back — himself, not a service! I just moved in and am very thankful he was so thorough. Plus, his connections in construction and ideas for home improvements are icing on the cake. I’ve already recommended him to my friends and colleagues — without hesitation, and with high praise.

I met Kevin through a mutual colleague at a housewarming party. Six months later, I still had his card and reached out to Kevin because my family and I were looking for our first home.
