We contracted w/this company’s owner Brian Erwin to complete a project. Contract clearly stated he was responsible for permitting and registering himself, turns out he did not file for proper permits, was not registered, and we are now liable as the project violates code. Throughout our interactions he mis-lead us and used deceptive practices. Don’t let his polite, educated demeanor fool you. He is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Stay clear of this company if you want a quality job, especially if you are a novice to building/construction, etc. He will take advantage of your ignorance, for sure.
