Daneene Jensen & Associates – Hair And Makeup Artists

Daneene’s staff did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I can’t recommend her salon more highly. I got married near Doylestown but I live several hours away, so I basically had to pick a salon based on the reviews. So glad that I went with this place!!! Kim did a hair and makeup trial beforehand, and she was extremely patient and even tried out several hair styles. On the day of the wedding, Kim met me at the wedding venue, and she was so early that she beat me there and already had her supplies unpacked! I LOVED my hair and makeup, and the whole bridal party looked amazing. The makeup stayed on for the entire day, and my hair looked great with and without my veil. I love that Daneene and her team are willing to travel to wedding venues so you don’t even have to worry about transporting the bridal party to and from a salon on your wedding day. I also wanted to note that the salon prices are very reasonable considering what other places charge for bridal updos.

Before we booked with Daneene Jensen, I was paired with Marissa for my hair and airbrush makeup trial for my wedding. Marissa was the best! She was so sweet, and took the time to make my hair and makeup look exactly the way I wanted it to. I immediately felt comfortable with Marissa and knew that I wanted to have her beautify me on my wedding day. :) On the day of the wedding, she showed up to my parents’ house promptly, along with Joan, who was able to help with all of the services for a total of ten ladies. They were so sweet and accommodating (even with quite a few last minute changes that we threw at them)! It was very nice to have them come to us, as it made the day that much more relaxing and enjoyable. My hair and makeup with Marissa was exactly what I pictured! Marissa and Joan made everyone look fabulous, and they took as much extra time as was needed to make every little adjustment that we asked for. Marissa even went above and beyond, and offered to come to our venue to help me get my veil on, which was so sweet of her! Also, Daneene’s pricing is a really great value — it was tough to find such a great price for a great experience, and to have the stylists come to us. The only recommendation I might make would be to add just one extra stylist for bigger groups, just to be safe. :) Or just make sure that your group knows exactly what kind of hairstyle they want beforehand, and don’t change their minds. :) I know that is part of the reason that Daneene offers such great pricing, but with so many ladies and so many services (and some pretty particular bridesmaids), the timing may have been slightly more relaxed with just one more person. We loved our experience with Marissa and Joan via Daneene Jensen!

Daneene and her team helped make me and my bridal party look flawless for my wedding! I love that they travel to different locations to help make wedding days so much easier… something that is much appreciated when there’s so much else going on. Plus they do hair AND makeup so you can kill two birds with one stone :) amazing service, thanks Daneene!

Daneene and her associates did my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as the hair and makeup for my bridal party and mom. Where do I begging? Daneene and Bertram are some of e loveliest people around. They seemed genuinely excited for me and were wonderful at entertaining my little flower girls and making them feel a part of the action. My hair was perfect and held all night long, even after a night full of dancing! My makeup was flawless. Daneene understood the exact look I wanted — natural and minimal — and made me feel absolutely beautiful. It was very hot during a day of photos, but my makeup stayed fresh (I had airbrushing). The same was true for my bridal party. I absolutely recommend her and my maid of honor (who usually does her own makeup) was so pleased, she is interested in using her for her own wedding. I cannot thank Daneene enough for making my wedding day so wonderful!

Three lovely ladies from Daneene’s company came to my venue for my wedding. We had 5 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 2 grandmothers. We were right on schedule the entire day. All the girls were no nice and incredibly talented artists. My bridal party included all hair types and each style turned out perfectly.
Joan was our head artist, and she was SO nice. I only needed one trail. Joan listened intently to my ideas for my special day and was very flexible yet innovative. She was patient and reassuring and had no trouble keeping everyone calm and content. I would definitely recommend her to do your hair and makeup for any affair.

I had a really good experience getting my hair and make up done by Daneene Hair and Make up. They travel and come on site which we requested for a wedding. I had my hair and make up done and really loved it. The make up stayed on for the entire day and looked great for pictures. My hair held in place pretty well too! Some of the bridesmaids had the same experience as well. Nice friendly staff and reliable!
