This could be one of the worst customer service organizations I have ever dealt with. I had a simple title transfer and had the misfortune of dealing with Mary, who is somehow related to the owner (which is probably the only reason she keeps her job). She gave me incorrect information, was rude and extremely condescending. When I questioned the misinformation she provided, I was told in no uncertain terms that she «has been doing this for a couple of years now» and that she «knows what she is doing» I spoke to PENNDOT afterwards and found that everything she told me was incorrect. I will go out of my way to use a competitor in the future.
