Propark – The Brooklyner

ProPark at the Brooklyner seems like a great deal. It is slightly cheaper than the other garages in the area, especially for residents of the The Brooklyner. We parked here for 9 months, and the experience was nothing short of terrible.
In addition to frequently waiting 20 – 30 minutes to pick up (even after texting 30+ minutes in advance), our car had new damage every time we picked it up. Trying to file a claim for damage has never been successful, with employees saying either ‘that damage was already there’ or ‘you should be more careful with your car.’ After 9 months, almost every body panel on the car is damaged or scratched.
Management takes zero responsibility for the damage the garage causes, and I have heard them deny responsibility for damage to other customers’ cars as well. If you value your car, try one of the other garages in the area.
