As a new Sprint customer, I went to this shop for assistance with device issues. The clerk was curt and plainly unwilling to help without payment of a service fee in advance (in direct contradiction to the information and assistance I was given by Sprint customer service).
It’s evident to me this store and its employees are not in the business of assisting Sprint customers in need. Don’t be fooled by the large Sprint sign above the door or the ample Sprint literature and posters on display.
I offer a strong word of caution against anyone in the Downingtown area thinking of Sprint as a valid choice for cellular provider. The service coverage is awful, as is the area customer support.
