So glad to have found Byteme Computers Services. We needed someone to help us with our wireless network. We talked to Geek Squad and they kept selling us new routers that would not work. Byteme came out and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and professionally. He came out the day after we called, showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He answered and solved other problems we were having with our kids computers and did not charge extra for the time. Anytime we need him he is there! So much better than standing in line for hours at Geek Squad for the next new kid fresh out of school to not be able to figure out what’s wrong and sell you unneeded services and products. I recommend him to people all the time and they say the same thing, Byteme Services is the best in home computer repair service around. 5 stars!

This guy is terrible. He overcharges, he doesn’t bathe (at least he doesn’t look like it) and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. He came to my home, he was nosey and acted like he knew everything when in fact I probably could’ve fixed my computer myself. I ended up taking it to someone else. Quite frankly, you’re better off using Geek Squad. They’re efficient, professional (clean cut and wear uniforms), and pleasant. This guy is just going to rob you blind. I feel if I’m going to let someone in my home, it’s not going to be some dirty guy with an attitude and a flannel from 1987 with a Buick to match it. You would think he would at least put a magnet on his car that would signify who he was or what company he was from, something! But no. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Maybe if he presented himself in a professional manner it would’ve been much different. Not to mention he seemed like a pompous, unhappy guy with a severe case of Napoleon syndrome. Take a business class or something, you may learn something from it. If I could give no stars I would but Unilocal won’t allow it. The one star is literally there because I had to in order to post this review.
