I had a wonderful experience with Sunset printer. I would recommend them to anyone I meet. Veronica was extremely helpful and made the experience of making wedding invites so much more enjoyable and stress free. I was beyond happy with the final product and will continue to use them for any future printing needs. Great company!!!

The company I work for has been ordering from Sunset printer long before I started working here, which has been 8 years. They’re always so helpful and quick with orders. When I got engaged I decided to check into them for save the dates and they were extremely helpful and very reasonably priced. I just ordered my wedding invites from them and they’re exactly how I wanted. Veronica has been a HUGE help. She’s answered all my questions, emails, phone calls and is always so helpful. I’ve also had signs printed here for my engagement party, and bridal shower. On card stock, and posters. The quality is fantastic. Thank you Veronica for all your help. I appreciate it!

I recently used them to print my wedding invites. I made the mistake of not shopping around and went directly to them because they were so close to home. I provided my own paper and just asked for my invites to be printed and cut along with a back layer for each piece. I paid for 170. I then realized that I only needed 85 so I called and changed the order and asked if there would be a price change and Veronica explained that the cost is the same between 50 – 200 invites so I said fine. I picked up my order and went home to realize all the dates on invites and rsvp cards were wrong (my mistake) I provided the file therefor that was my fault. So I called to reprint thinking since the cost of 50 – 200 is the same these 85 reprints should still be covered right? Wrong! I was charged all over. I was about to pay when I decided I only needed the main invites reprinted and the rsvp cards would still work so I said let’s take that off the order cutting their work in half. Well she said the price was still the same! That’s where I drew the line and asked for my paper and took the job elsewhere. I went to Avenue Print on Downey Ave and paid $ 3.50 for a job I was about to pay $ 45 for!!! And they were ready in an hour! These people have the worst customer service and are really just trying to get the most $ out of you as they possibly can. I really wish I would’ve done my research and saved the initial $ 55 :(

Sunset Printers is awesome! I had a wonderful experience with the printing of my wedding invitations and the printing of custom Thank You notes. They were efficient, friendly, excited to talk about my wedding plans, and very supportive of this stressed out bride! I haven’t bothered to write a review on Unilocal in years, so if this is any indication of how pleased I was with their service by signing-​in after all this time just to write them a review, you should know that they are a quality printing shop. Veronica and staff treat you like family the minute you walk into the door and despite their staff mourning a loss of someone close to them, were kind enough to reprint my business cards because THEY weren’t happy with how they turned out. As a customer, you can’t help but appreciate when a business insists so much on high quality that they refuse to let you walk out the door with a mediocre product. Moreover, when our family business questioned the quality of the card-​stock, they were more than happy to reprint them for free. It is service like this you don’t see around very often anymore and I look forward to utilizing their services more in the future.

This Printing place has THE WORST SERVICE EVER! It took them 2 and a half weeks to get our invitations done. And its not because they were difficult to make. They took a long time because their designer ignored them and took more than 4 days to return a revision. AND to top it all off, their stupid designer added a print to our invitation that wasn’t supposed to be there and they charged us for it! it was his mistake and they charged us! The Stupid owner even saw the add on and rather than say something before printing, just allowed it to go through. In the end, they freaking charged us for their mistake! retarded. This place sucks. It was not worth the hassle. Preparing a wedding is stressful enough, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I have used Sunset Printer for many many years. They printed my custom wedding invitations in 2004 and I have continued to use them on a number of projects for my business — including promotional brochures, business cards, mailers, flyers, postcards, personal stationary, postcards… and lots more.
Their customer services is always friendly and professional. Also, their prices are competitive and offer an amazing quality product.

I have been ordering printing products such as business cards, brochures, and notepads from Sunset Printer since I have started my practice in 2010. Their pricing is competitive, their staff especially Vero and Alicia are very helpful. I highly recommend their services!

I hired Sunset Printers for a small run of four color announcement cards. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of their printing, (the colors were faded, the paper stock poor), I almost threw them directly into the trash. Their prices was over very high and the service very poor. I would not recommend them to anyone. Check out vista print or Moo if you need high quality, great service at great price. You will not find it at Sunset Printers.
