Our 2008 Dodge 2500 truck broke down on us while towing our fifth wheel. We called Bruno and Eddie last minute to have it towed to their shop. We gave them our extended warranty information and they took over from there. It was a pleasure to work with them. When we picked up the truck everything ran great. The truck is pulling the fifth wheel better than it ever had. Also, our truck had the death wobble shake, they fixed that too! Finally, someone who knows what they are doing. Thank you! Thank you!

Picked up my truck this weekend. It’s running great. I pulled my fifth wheel down from Tehachapi, didn’t even feel like I was towing a thing. Great work Bruno and Eddie!
They went beyond regular customer service. I have OCD when it comes to my truck and who I let work on it. I felt safe leaving my truck with them. I will recommend them to everyone I know. My wife is not the easiest person to please and she was amazed at how they handled everything with our insurance, which meant less phone-​calls/​work for her.

I found steady idle on Unilocal searching for a good diesel mechanic and they had 5 stars so I gave them a try. When I got there they were very welcoming and quickly they directed me to park my truck inside. I got an oil change done. While getting my service done I asked Bruno some of questions related to my 6.0 and he seemed very knowledgeable. I will have them upgrade my 6.0 with new studs and intercooler in the next few months. I think these guys are worth giving a shot.

I took both of my vehicles in to get a few things done such as replacing the intake and some work on my ignition, along with a few other things. Bruno and the guys really know their stuff. They kept me updated every step up the way and helped me determine the most cost effective way to repair my vehicles. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, if you’re in need for a tune-​up or major repair these are your guys.

I’m not a guy that usually cares for Unilocal or any other social media stuff but my wife uses Unilocal all the time (I’m using her account) so I decided to give it a try, I needed to have my 96 Psd checked for a couple things, saw the reviews for steady idle an drove there unannounced, I talked to Eddie who quickly addressed my concerns, he checked the truck and we talked about solutions. He showed me some of the stuff that they are working on, this guys know their stuff and are down to earth, I just had to leave a review, it’s hard to find decent places these days, they will have my future business for sure, if you are looking for a place for your powerstroke this is the place.

came down about a week ago looking for someone to change my brakes on my Honda Accord. Found this little hidden gem called Steady Idle. Got to talking with the actual owner of the facility and he hooked me up on my brake change (Eddie I believe his name was). it was fast, convenient, great work, and awesome customer service. recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mechanic who is honest and easy on your wallet. Will definitely be coming back soon for some future repairs.

Steady Idle Garage has been my go to for repairs to my Ford Diesel truck since the day I bought it & almost since they opened about a year ago. I came here to get an estimate and ended up getting my repairs done on the spot due to a short time window they had available (I got lucky). Now, I wasn’t expecting it because realistically most vehicle repair shops are always booked & and tell you to come back a week or days later. However, Eddie and Bruno both said that the repair I needed doesn’t take longer than 45 minutes and as said, they completed it within 30 minutes. Seeing how honest and how they strived to satisfy a new customer, it made quite an impression on me because it shows that a) they are honest about repair times and estimates/​costs and b) they don’t milk you for your time or money unlike 98% of most auto repair places. I have been taking not only my truck for maintenance and occasional repairs but have also brought my moms Mercedes Benz, my dads Escalade and my sisters Camry. I have referred a handful of friends to come here & service their cars & they too are satisfied. They are extremely knowledgable of all vehicles types but seem to specialize in diesel engines but nonetheless that shouldn’t deter anyone from consulting them for your car repairs or maintenance. They are young, professional entrepreneurs who are mature, knowledgeable & extremely honest about their prices and services. Give them a call or swing by with them first before you go anywhere else if you’re local. Highly recommended.

Great shop! I purchased a used 2005 f350 diesel and took it here for service. The guys here gave me recommendations and serviced my truck for me. Very pleased with the work they did. Friendly and knowledgable staff, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I will definitely be back for more work, thanks!

Had a great experience with Steady idle garage the prices were very friendly, costumer service was amazing very polite and welcoming. They installed new headlights, did a new oil change and rotated my tires. Had me in and out in no time will definitely return in the future and highly recommend anyone to steady idle garage.
