She took us to see multiple listings and had great insight on the properties and the areas we looked at. Wow it was a long process! But only bc it was the buyers who had issues with their loan. We had an agent at the beginning of June… Gave her 3 months to sell our townhome and we hardly got any traffic at all within those 3 months. We cancelled her at the end of our contract and signed up with Sarah. Boom! 24 days. We accepted an offer. Throughout the whole ordeal, Sarah kept it as smooth as possible. She was easy going to not only us as clients, but to all parties involved. She was always quick to respond and very organized. When selling your home, Sarah has the network to maximize exposure for your property. She had to drive pretty far as well as sit thru endless hours of traffic to take care of us but not once did I ever hear her complain. My husband and I are so grateful for all that she’s done for us. Sarah was excellent. I got the property I wanted even though I gave a backup offer. That happened because Sarah was on her game and taking care of business. Sarah has a very likable personality and that is very important when going through the home buying process, and when dealing with the other party’s agent.

Sara helped me find the home I was looking for. I wanted a 3bed, 2 bath single family home with a detached 2 car garage in a nice neighborhood and thats exactly what I got.
I had been looking for a about 11 months and was about to take a break. I saw so many flipped homes with the same materials I swore it was the same contractor doing the same work.
Sara was so helpful in finding out what I wanted. I never felt pressure from her to submit an offer or move forward on a house I was on the fence with. She would always advise me whether a house was worth pursuing or not. And she would often advise me not to make an offer even it fit some of the criteria i wanted. It was always about what I wanted.
When it came time to make the offer, she understood the market enough to know what price we needed to go with to make it a strong offer but not offer too much.
Once my offer was accepted, she explained the whole process every step of the way and even handled some things while i was out of the country during escrow.
I totally recommend Sara and her team in assistants in the home buying process.
